We have had great service from App Insitute. Their support has been exceptional. The app is very straight forward and a great addition to our business.

Our App has always worked perfectly and I actually couldn't believe how easy it was to create. I had no experience creating apps but with the dashboard provided and the tools on the site it was super easy to set up.

I found the revision/transition to the current AppInstitute app very cumbersome... and still find it difficult to use and update... the change from when I signed up initially... to what it is now is much less user friendly for me... and I'm not seeing much online help available... I'm sure that it has some neat improvements... but when you are trying to keep all of your online stuff updated anymore... one doesn't really have the time to re-learn an existing system that was working well for them before.

Total rip off company
Total rip off company! since the change all was good till new company took over. Auto renewed without permission nothing was said! put the price up!! contrary to there own terms and conditions, which states any increases will be mentioned to the customer in writing but guess what never happened, guess why not? because it may have reminded some companies that it was about auto renew some companies like myself unaware that they were on auto renew would have cancelled. Anyway had to pay the full fee, guess what now the app has completely been changed it no longer works cannot re-submit without paying another $99 fo the app which was all included before the swindlers took over. give them a wide berth as this is now in the hands of trading standards.
