Great service, great selection of features to use on your app, speedy reply to questions and always friendly. Honestly they are unbelievably helpful. My knowledge of computers in general is quite limited but Appinsitute have guided me all the way and still continue to do so after publishing my app.

I am so thrilled we discovered App Institute! We had priced out the creation of an app via other platforms and companies, and App Institute was by far and away the best fit for our organization & budget. Not only is it reasonably priced and user friendly, but I also get experience in learning how to build an app! Very exciting!

Very poor customer service,the website is waste of time, I build my app but is showing me different things nothing to do with my business ??? Not happy 😠😠😠

We are still getting emails from someone, who insists on sending us a sales marketing emails. However the name of the company on the screen shots is wrong, and the images are over a year old... how about updating them? - Hardly agile, or demonstrating of the ability to update at ease!

£24 a month for a PWA is quite expensive, especially when I have my own web domain and my site is already mobile friendly. Alternative companies offer their top package for cheaper and includes way more than appinstitutes basic package!

In short, if they can't get their sales messages right, I can not have any confidence in them getting the finished product right!

UPDATE 21/11/18:
When I posted this as an initial review Appinstitute reported it as a breach of trust pilots guidelines.
In order to comply I have removed:
The name of the person sending the emails
The name of the alternative competitor
Added Appinstitute for clarity [before basic package]

However they have lost 1 star for this, as instead of taking poor feedback and working with it, they have tried to hush it up.

We didn't have a great understanding of the app systems and were worried we would mess up.
The entire team have guided me, helped me and offered next to instant support.
I would recommend using App institute to anyone looking for their own app, mobile business etc.

Terrible Company, Takes over a Day For A Reply To Simple Questions MAJOR DROP OUTS You Will Get Complaint's From Listeners As We Did From Many! We Will Be Suing This Company For Damages!

My app is already on the Apple App store, really excited to let our listeners know we finally have an app, thanks for all your hard work

Problems with submitted app - told would go to development team, have never heard anything back. Do not take suggestions for features seriously, no communication when app was removed from google play store until we spotted it - very poor customer service despite the money you pay.

Creating the app is pretty simple and the final product looks good! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there the messaging system could be a little better (its good, but needs improvement).
Also, the chat feature. It's good and the people are helpful, but being the U.S. you have to account for their timezone. Increased, off-hours staffing would help American customers.

Great opportunity to develop a new income stream with full support.
