It's been 3 weeks trying to activate my card. No one answers the phone and they hit you with fee's before sending you a card... Scam,scam,scam.... I've called everyday and have left numerous voice mails with no call back.

This company needs to be more upfront about how the whole thing works. They have you pay $35 for a fee then if you want to proceed ypu have to pay another $60 or you cant even continue with your application. Anyways, I applied on April 29th and now its Junev22nd and no card ever came. They kept telling me it was coming but nope. I did some digging to see exactly what these fees were and its for some credit builder which is optional, yet they make you pay it to continue with applying for the card. Very sneaky and shady! So I finally asked for a refund because after reading all these complaints and hearing that if you do get your card, right away theyre taking another $75 out for the annual fee and then over $100 more for some other credit monitoring or something. ITS NOT WORTH IT!

Two months never sent me a card keot telling me to wait i think everyone thats been screwed by them get together file a class action lawsuit against tthem

I applied for this card as a backup for my other 2 cards i have , the first thing i didnt like was the fees that they collected in advance , the only other card i have that charged a fee just tacked it on the card balance to appear on the first statement but those guys wanted it paid in advance which should have been a red flag !
The card arrived and i went online to activate , i entered the information requested and then was directed to call a phone number.
I called just to get a message that no agents were available and to leave my number.
I tried several times over a period of 4 days with the same result , i contacted their business chat on FB to get all kinds of excuses , finally when i told them that i was going to contact the authorities i received a email that the card was cancelled and they will refund my fees !
I believe that this is a scam, they collect and sell your information and take your money and then stall hoping that eventually people give up .
I suggest for anyone who fell in their trap to contact the AG office in your state and also contact the FBI and the postal inspectors office , since they use the mail and operate accross state line this falls into the realm of the FBI

This is a scam they can’t answer and when they do they give you another number to call to activate. I have paid the fees totaling up to $95 and got my card but can’t activate it. It gives you the runaround. So this credit card is a scam

All the reviews are true, this may not be a scam but it is some bullshit. A lot of things to highlight here. I did receive my card within 5 days but what credit card company is not open on the weekends ? What credit card company makes you call to activate the card and then charge you fees 195 for whatever and 75 for annual that’s 270 out of the card off as soon as you get it, that leaves you with 30 dollars to play with , you paid more to get the card ($95).
I called that activation number over 200 times because it’s my money and I want it now lol. I never got the chance to even activate so I called regular customer service and told them to cancel everything and send me my refund, SHOCKINGLY my refund has been sent back so that’s legit the only up side to this the one person picked up to let me cancel this bullshit. Please please please don’t do it.

I definitely think this was a scam. I applied for the card back in the beginning of April.. paid $60. Said the card would ship in 10 business days, I never received the card. Every time I reach out they say wait another 10 business days lol. Can’t reach customer care over the phone, they barely have a good website. Don’t do it!

This I believe is a scam. Can't reach customer service at all. Can't activate card because no one is available. Ugggg wish I would have read the reviews before. Guess I am out about 100 dollar

I applied for this card in march paid the $29.00 fee then the $35.00 fee .it stated 10 days after you pay it will be mailed to you . So I keep getting alerts stating it’s on the way . NEVER could get through to talk to a human BUT finally june10th I received the card I went onto my account to activate it AND it said please call to activate this will take a few min . I tried calling over and over again for a whole week I literally called 300 times kept getting prompt to leave a voicemail. FINALLY June 19th I got a human on the phone . That tried to convince me this will take 5 min and you will have your credit limit.. she basically tried selling me on how good this program is for ur credit ect JUST to say so now u need to pay 195 it’s a 1 time fee that is deducted from your 300 limit. For a credit repair BS . I said oh NO definitely NOT no where did it state there were even more fees before activating . She then said we can ask the supervisor to do less and then said 119 I said NOPE I was told there were no more fees ect she again said just a sec I’ll ask the supervisor. She came back and said good news ! Our supervisor said you do NOT have to sign up for credit repair. And you can activate your card .. I then verified all the info and stated IF I get charged any fees I will cancel this card she said I assure you it will be activated right now .. I hung up with her I logged into my account and there it was active with 225 limit because 75 was charged for annual fee ..
But long story short lol it takes a very long time to get this card but it will get to u and u can get it activated without the credit repair they try and get u to get and. Ur limit will be there :) but if u ever wana speak to a human good luck ! So NO I can say it is not a scam but takes longer then expected to get this card .. but if u can wait it’s a good card to have just DO NOT agree to any more fees and it will be good 🤦‍♀️

Scam artist company don't ever get this card or look at this company. They lie, cheat and steal from there customers. When you call them and ask for a manager they lie to you as well. The manager tell you that they can't give you the tracking number or they don't know where it is. But they calm it to be first class mail. Worst company in history, you can file a claim with the BBB and consumer reports.

This company is a scam. Do not pay any fees. They make you pay to get a card. The card never arrives until you reach out about it then magically it ships. When you get the card to activate it you have to speak to a representative and you can never reach anyone. It took me 5 days to reach a representative. When I finally spoke to someone, they then told me that I have to pay them $195 so they can do Credit repair for me in order to use the card. This is a scam and they should not advertise this as a credit card company when it’s not.

I paid 95 dollars i never got my card and customer service says oh it's being sent out but it's been a month it's a scam dont fall for it

This is a scam. What legitimate company wouldn’t hire when there isn't even enough reps to answer the phone? I found this out due to the fact that I already suspected this was a scam so I offered my help with many years of customer service experience. I got an answer that they were not looking to hire at the moment. The one phone number that supposedly activates the card never answers. I knew there was something wrong when I got ahold of the same rep twice from the main number. Even the support email is from mail.com. A legitimate company would have a legitimate business email along with an email signature which they do not have. And they wouldn’t require people to call to get the card activated. Companies always have a way to activate through an app.

If I can give this company ZERO stars! Customer Service is the WORST! SCAM
After making the (2) different fee payments to get your card started $95 total. Waited 3 weeks still nothing when my card said it was “mailed” contacted customer service and they kept telling me on thing VS another. After dealing with their customer and HOURS to even get a hold of anyone I asked I’d like a refund for the fees I paid. Nothing, after 2 days trying to get a hold of them finally they came with an excuse oh you should get it in the next 2-3 days. Nothing . Save your time with this “credit card” also I heard after receiving card you can only use it in certain locations

Do not apply for the direct card reserve credit card I have been waiting two months to receive it and every time I called them they just say they have been held up

There are deceptive practices to get people to sign up and pay exorbitant fees. Then a card never arrives, and if you inquire, you're told to wait until "next week." Customer service seems happy to lie on behalf of the company.

After paying fees to start the process. you find out there's other fees including an activation fee to even use the card after you receive it. The time they claim it will take to send the card out if false. It will take much longer, for some months longer. In addition, I requested a refund and being told to be patient, and the card will be shipped. I requested several times for a refund, and it was completed disregarded. If could post the conversation with customer service on here I would. The economy is sketchy right now and some trying to find ways to make things work. But I'm telling you this is not the way you want to go. I ignored all the other reviews thinking my experience would be different. SUPRISE, IT WASNT!

Same experience like anyone else . paid 100$ fees card never came and every time I call they claim that there are some delays . Please don’t waste time and money you won’t get nothing back
