Awful and dishonest behaviour

Update: I did not reach you or contacted you by phone, by the way. I only contacted you via email.
Anyway, someone eventually sent me a code to be scanned by PostNord for returning the package, which I did. I believe the returned package has reached you and the invoice has been cancelled.
I will change my review once I get confirmation of the above. Thank you.

Awful and dishonest behaviour. I have been a customer for so many years but this is unacceptable. I need to return an order because my mother has died and the product was for her. There is no way to get through to customer service via phone. I have emailed them so many times now, but it is clear they want the 14 days to expire so I can no longer return the item. I am disgusted. No excuses for this, because you can be as busy as you wish, but your customers deserve respect. I will use other online stores from now on.

I would like to reassure that we’re not trying to delay our response time to have the time for the right of return to expire. It’s also worth mentioning that it wouldn’t be possible to do this.

I can see that you managed to reach us on the phone shortly after you made this review and have now been helped with a free return on the order.

As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive an email. When paying the invoice, the amount is corrected/the invoice is scrapped. If you have already paid the invoice, you will receive an email from Klarna with repayment instructions. Card payments are credited and the amount becomes visible on the account within 2-10 business days.

A tip! - If you have not paid the invoice, we recommend that you contact Klarna to let them know that you will make a return. The easiest way to do this is via the Klarna app, or at www.klarna.se. You can also call them on phone number 08-120 120 10 or chat via https://www.klarna.com/se/kundservice/.

Very poor customer service it’s been 13…

Very poor customer service it’s been 13 days now still just one medicine not arrived and no further updates on that just once they send mail we have heavy workload then why u mention delivery within 2/3 days … it’s better to buy nearest shops

The majority of packages still have a delivery time of 1-2 days and even most packages that are delayed are delivered in less than a week.

Worst delivery time, don’t buy if you have time based plan.

I have ordered a product on 30 November, 2022, while ordering on place it was showing that delivery will in one working day that mean, I would have received it by 1Dec,22 or Max by 2nd December. But, after I ordered found that, it will take long time. In fact, I was buying it looking at delivery time and planning to give it some on 4th December, and wow they send me email on 7 December. Awesome deception and marketing tactics. Now I cannot use items, and it is wasting, and if I return there is hassle do that… and we cannot take that items returned and…

WHAT??

I received a product different from what I ordered. Now I've been in discussion with them for over a week.
I contacted Customer Service multiple times, but never got an apology or the correct product. Instead, they asked me to order the same product again. Is this a JOKE? It was the worst experience. Wasted time and money! I will never use this place again. It's horrible. I hope some karma will fix this!!!
