Not a good online story anymore
I used to always order from apotea, it was fast delivery and good prices. Now, the last times I’ve ordered products has not been in store (even if it said they were on their website)
The first time my whole order got cancelled by them because one product was out of stock.
This time I got an email saying they will send my package in 5 business days because one product, that wasn’t even really important to me, was out of stock. How about sending me the other products first since you anyways have free delivery on your website?
It takes forever to get through to customer service and when I finally reach them and ask them to remove the product that is not in stock they say that yes now we have it again.
Really annoying and I probably have to wait a few more days for them to pack my order and get it sent.
I will not order from this website again!

Short delivery and no refund
I ordered 24 piecces of eucerin aquaphor soooting skin balm but got delivered only 16 pieces. When i sent mail asking for the refund of difference amount, absolutely no reply and when i tried to call the given number, there is no luck as english option is not available. I just lost my money with their poor service. Its nothing but cheating.
