More than helpful and incredibly friendly and professional. They did exactly what we asked for and arrived early for the house clearance. Including a hour drive they managed to empty the flat and transport it across London in 3 hours.

The guys were on time, very efficient mangeged to load the van with all my stuff even going up and down from seconfld floor to the van. Unloading was so much faster. Very happy and would recommend.

Sam, Haseen, Rana were absolutely brilliant. One of the hotest days of the year and they loaded up our previous 3 bed and unloaded into our new 3 bed in 5 hours - a lot sooner than we anticipated! Great service, awesome people and would highly recommend to anyone.

Naman and faizan were amazing, helpful, professional, patient, quick and fab with our 2 dogs. Highly recommend and will use again.

I must say the guys who came to actually move our belongings were excellent. So efficient and helpful - made everything easier and were very polite. The communication BEFORE was less so. Got quoted and the price didn't change which was excellent but sent through the itinerary video the day before with no reply from our moving manager, leaving us wondering if they were even going to turn up!! Had quite the stressful night with no reply from WhatsApp or email, and had so many seemingly auto generated texts throughout the experience warnings us in emojis that we needed to complete payment or booking - which we had done on the phone. Again good service on the day but could have done with living up to the statement given to me on the phone that "communication is the most important thing when moving house".

Peter quoted us for our house move and the price didn’t change. The guys who arrived on the day were polite and efficient. They took great care to wrap our soft furnishings before loading them in the Van. Honestly such an excellent service. We were totally impressed with the service and would highly recommend.

We had Sam, Rana, Amrit helping us on the day who were all absolutely amazing! Not a scratch on any of our furniture and they dismounted and mounted again large pieces of wardrobe.
Unfortunately, the admin we booked with (Jason) miscalculated the load and sent a small van only, and wanted to charge us extra to rectify his mistake.
Sunny (ops manager) very kindly intervened and sent a second truck at no extra cost.
