Product arrived earlier than expected. All parts were in the two boxes. The instructions were relatively easy to follow. Great product.

Great price, accurate measurements, fast shipping with updates. There could be more options for picking a shipping date, it was a large item with display on the box just left on front porch. My concern was theft but it was fine.

The quality of the wire and wrapping is very poor. There are parts of the chainlink mesh that are broken. There were parts of the chainlink that were wrapped together making unrolling of the wire extremely challenging.

I had difficulty with my ordering and accidently ordered 3 instead of 2 privacy screens. Called the order department, explained the situation and was able to facilitate a return quite easily. Received my credit in timely fashion. We are very happy with the product.

person who delivered the product drop it in driveway he was in the back of truck let product fall ripping the boxes and damaging the product

On time delivery, packages delivered in good condition. We weren’t aware that there’s a thin coating of plastic on nearly every piece of materials, it’s difficult and extremely time consuming to peel off as it does not come off in one piece. It’s so thin that it constantly rips, it took 2 people nearly 3 additional hours of just peeling plastic. There were issues with the door as well, my husband had to do some problem solving to make the wheels align better. I wouldn’t order this shed if you don’t have a skilled handyman with time and patience to put it together. Overall, fair price but additional things like the plastic coating and unfit door would’ve been nice to know
