I purchased their C3 unit to use CarPlay on my motorcycle and it works very well as well as being so simple to set up.
After some time I had a problem with the screen but it only took a couple of emails and they send me a replacement within a few days.
Nikki gave an excellent customer ser4vice standard and I highly recommend AOCI.

The customer support is flawless. I faced a number of issues but it was solved efficiently and made the experience even better. Coming to the product at first glance the build quality is very good and pairing and installing was a breeze. They even fixed the anti theft allen key as it was not very handy before. This shows how they are improving their product with every single review. All that said I liked the 2 point mounting system which came before as the new one came loose after a few kms. Will update the review after I use it for a while as it is too early to comment. Until now the product and the experience is perfect.

I ordered my C6 Pro in Mid-April and had it delivered in less than 10 days. I am not mechanically inclined but was able to install and get it up and running, connected to my iPhone, in about an hour. I used it on a 1,200 mile trip and really enjoyed having Waze, Apple Carplay, front and rear dash cams running all the way. Well designed and it works well.
My gloved fingers did not always move the screens, so I clipped a stylus to my tank bag; that works every time.
I later lost one of the tiny screws that hold the SD Card lid; Nikki in customer service replied promptly and offered to send me replacements. I am pleased with their great support.

Although the delivery was delayed, the company was very responsive and also organised a small payment by way of compensation . The C3 then turned up and worked as expected.

Had problems updating firmware on my C6 pro. Contacted support at aoocci.com for help. Estella came straight back to me with a solution and it was fixed before breakfast. Excellent service!

The after sales support I received from from Coco has simply been brilliant.
Coco helped me put a custom logo together and guided me step by step to get the camera viewing on my Android phone.

I bought one of the C6 Pro models. It came quickly and with good tracking all the way. The installation was smooth and easy with the waterproof connections and plenty of hardware to make installation on any bike since size and needs for different motorcycles could require different parts. I stupidly lost one of the rubber plugs where the memory card installs. I contacted customer service and Estella was incredibly helpful and got my replacement on the way in no time. Any good customer service these days is a surprise. Her responsiveness and attention to detail on my needs went above and beyond. Much thanks to Estella and her company. I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking one of these types of products.

I purchased the Aoci C3. When it arrived and i tried to put it together. I thought that the hardware included was incorrect. I wrote support explained the issue asking for the right hardware and sent photos showing the issue.
Rita promptly replied to me explaining I had the correct hardware with a photo on how to install it correctly. Within seconds my issue was remedied. I can’t thank Rita enough for her prompt reply and the included photo which made it very simple for me to see my mistake.

I contacted Aoocci regarding my C6pro and the fact that when I checked the TF/SD card there where files missing from recordings hence no continuous video which could be annoying if I had an accident and was depending on these files as evidence if not my fault. I received an email back from Coco (customer service) saying if I return the unit they could repair it but I would have to cover the return postage, I questioned this as not acceptable and they then agreed to pay the postage, I then asked about reimbursement for postage to send to them and they then said that postage was shared, I should cover the cost to send to them and they would cover the cost to send to return my unit back to me, this actually goes against their own return and Refund policy which states "If the return is due to our mistakes (such
as damaged or incorrect goods received
by the consumer), the consumer does not
have to bear the shipping cost. (The
return shipping cost will be refunded
based on a valid return receipt)"
I bought this based on a YouTubber endorsement, so will be posting this on his YouTube page to warn other buyers about this company not abiding by it's own policies.
Please be aware this company may provide a product but do not comply to UK overseas trading regulations and their own policy.
Having Read the reply from Aoocci to above review i will be standing by my original review and also further endorsing my concerns about this companies returns policies regarding postage, as can be seen in their comments they only give the product a 60 day warranty after delivery and only on faults or damage occured during that delivery process, there is no warranty after the item has been fitted and used for the first time as in my case. yes I recieved my item on 6th of November 2024 but did not fit to my motorbike until late December 2024 and because in the UK this is winter time I do not take my motorbike out until the springtime which in this case was April 13th 2025 which is when I discovered the fault in missing video files, also combined with being diagnosed with lymphoma cancer (can provide evidence) meant I have not ridden my motorbike since. I am in contact with UK Trading Standards regarding Overseas purchases and will update this review once I have heard from Aoocci and UK Trading Standards. I've also updated date of Experience (Fault) to reflect actual fault date as originally put date of writing review.

Ordered a C6 Pro for my motorbike. Unfortunately it could not detect a strong enough GPS signal in order to record location and speed on the videos. Upon contacting Aoocci and exchanging several emails I was offered the options of a replacement or a partial refund. I took up the offer of a replacement and after shipping the faulty unit back was quickly sent a replacement. I'm please to say that the new unit works as expected.
I always had a single point of contact so thank you Estella for the excellent customer service

Had an issue with a defective tire pressure monitor sensor. Upon contact customer support, I received a prompt reply from Rita who was very attentive to my issue. She requested some further details and I replied with some photos of the defective part. Rita replied promptly again and explained that a replacement would be sent after confirmation of my mailing address. With that, the replacement was sent and is in transit as I type this. Rita was very professional and courteous and was extremely helpful. I thank her and Aoocci for their outstanding customer service.

Very quick resolution of problem. Took on board suggestions for minor improvements.
Bought the C6 Pro before Christmas 2024 with the intention to utilise it with my iPhone 11 and MyRoute-App software.
The intention was to fully familiarise myself with the unit prior to using on a 2 week Spain/Portugal motorbike holiday this summer.
Install is straight forward. I utilised an ignition feed to switch a battery fed relay to power the unit. Routing and mounting is time consuming but worth getting right. Once installed everything looked great.
Trying to get the unit working correctly has not been possible despite repeated contact with Aoocci. I’ve spent hours trying to get the system working.
Fundamentally, if I start a route on MyRoute-App on my iPhone and then start the C6 Pro. After going through an initialising sequence the map appears on the units screen. Screen is a crystal clear replica of the iPhone display. tyre pressures are displayed, warnings given when pressures drop. So far so good.
The issues begin if I do anything going away from the mapping screen. If I use the unit, or remote, to go away from the mapping screen, such as the cameras, it is not possible to get back to the mapping screen. In addition I am unable to move between front & rear camera displays. I can get back to the main menu screen but that is it. I have also ended up with a totally blank screen. In all cases swiping the screen, pressing the remote does nothing.
I've watched all the reviewers on Utube but the processes that they go through to move between screens does not work on my unit.
The only way to get to the map screen back up is to restart the whole process - ignition off etc.
This clearly is unacceptable, unusable and not safe.
As I say I have been in contact with Aoocci, I refuse to believe that I am the only one with this issue, but they do not seem to understand the issue or willing to sort it out.
I am left with a duff unit!
