I received my C6 Pro and am very pleased with the quality of the screen and the ease of setting up the device. The revised mount seems much neater than the previous one. I had a set up query with customer service and I recieved a message back within a few hours from Rita with an answer to sort it out. All in all very good value for money

I received a faulty power cable with my unit, the unit itself worked properly.
Nikki from customer service was very prompt and thorough with the responses and got a replacement part dispatched to my address immediately.
Good after sales support from the company even after any manufacturing defects are found.

So I decided I wanted a sat nav on my bike, spent hours looking to what other motorcyclists were using.Found loads were using high priced units and experiencing problems with them still . That, I didn’t want to! To be left with no sat nav. Then I found the one! Aoocci! Never heard of them! But the price was right and it did loads more! I’ve full connectivity to my phone and helmet via my intercom, plays music for me, accepts calls , is great with maps on google or Apple Maps! And it was a third the price of other high end brands which look unreliable! So as I needed 2 bought them , with slight anticipation. C6 pro came and I was impressed just by the packaging! There’s loads of stuff inside. I got straight to it and fitted them, as a vehicle engineer for me wasn’t an issue, came to the bit I normally hate, setting things up! Turned it on, turned my phone Bluetooth on ….. WHAM! straight in connected! Well that’s was easy. Went out for a ride, the unit held very stable,easy to see in all weathers . Only had one issue, one of the power leads stopped working, there’s some kind of power box in-line on this cable. Contacted Nikki at customer services, told her what I’d found wrong, she made sure it was the right cable and within days I had a new one, fitted it and good to go! Excellent customer service and back up. Nikki has been my dedicated customer service person and has done a tremendous job first class ! Don’t hesitate to buy Aoocci they are the future for motorcycles , I would definitely buy again. Well done Aoocci !!

I have faced problems of recorded video not showing speed and coordinates, also recoding of video was not taking place while riding when connected to Android Auto.
Contacted customer service and customer service executive named Coco addressed my issues and provided me correct solution.

Couldnt pair TPM. Coco replied within an hour and sorted it out (turns out should start the pairing process and THEN connect TPM sensor within 30 secs- turns out that the TPM sensors arent always on but wake up periodically and it is only when that happens pairing is possible).

I had very high expectations from this product, but unfortunately the experience has been extremely frustrating.
Since installation with 1 month experience, I have faced multiple recurring problems:
TPMS device had to be replaced initially
SD card detection issue appeared, worked briefly after replacing the SD card, and then failed again
Camera recordings became fuzzy
Device frequently shows “No SD Card” even though the SD card works perfectly on a laptop
Recently, I also started receiving false high tyre pressure alerts while riding, even though tyre pressure was normal
Each time one issue is addressed, another issue appears after a few days. The device has already been installed by a professional bike mechanic, and repeated uninstalling/reinstalling is costly, time-consuming, and very frustrating.
Support has asked me to send the device to China for repair, which could take nearly one month including shipping and repair time. During this period, my bike would be left with loose and exposed wiring, making it unsafe and practically impossible to ride. This is not acceptable for a daily-use vehicle.
Overall, I am not satisfied with the product reliability or user experience. I expected a stable, premium solution, but instead I faced continuous troubleshooting and inconvenience. I am now even considering a refund instead of repair, as confidence in the product is very low.
Aoocci assigned a dedicated customer service representative Nikki. she tried to help, but it is not beneficial.
I would not recommend this product unless the quality control and after-sales process improve significantly.

I have recently purchased the C6 Pro of Aoocci for my bike and installed it well on my bike. after installation I have found that the TPMS sensor for front wheel is not working well and was showing it correctly only for the rear wheel. I have contacted support for the help and as per their guidelines the sensors were repositioned and the head caps are replaced with Front and Rear and the issue has been resolved quickly. Thanks team for the quick response and guiding to resolve the issue correctly.
