I won't put too much detail here because I'm starting the process of going through the small claims court process. Their service was shocking. Head office were completely unhelpful on the day. After the event they were not interested in any complaint. I wish I would have rented a van myself and done the move with some friends. It would have been quicker cheaper and less stressful. Before booking I strongly suggest you look at Facebook reviews.

Very good communication from the start. Very easy process of letting AnyVan know how much stuff we had to move.
The drivers kept us updated on their progress. On arrival they two operatives were polite friendly and got stuck into it straight away. Moving house is seldom fun, but Any Van helped make it a lot easier.

Stress free. They came within the time frame they gave, picked up the furniture and took to destination no problem.

I first used this service in April 2024 to move from SE19 to a big yellow storage facility in Croydon. Two men as booked (by me online), came and collected my belongings and even took pictures once my goods were transferred to my storage unit. Used them again on Sunday 26th April to transfer storage units to one with any van and as they were a lot cheaper. Again, arrived on time, my goods promptly loaded on the van and and delivered to my new storage unit. Drivers, pleasant, timely and courteous manner throughout the collection and delivery process. 100% would recommend!

From the booking to the delivery of my vehicle, it was such an easy, pleasant experience.
The delivery driver was punctual, polite, respectful and took care of my car.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing a vehicle transporting to their door.

Anyvan service was absolutely cheating.i paid £134,for picking item.but they didn't pic the item and says they cannot refund my money.they don't feel shame by collecting money without doing their job.i informed the customer service,they just simply said they cannot give money back.dontdont trust this service,not trustworthy.
