Arrived on time, cleared the area quickly.

Very good service, AnyJunk collected within time period allocated. Price was a bit too high for my junk.

The two men who came to collect our unwanted furniture were very pleasant. When they arrived they both had big smiles and did the job without fuss and all went brilliantly with the removal. Thank you.

Easy to book online. Good communication about confirmation of booking and on the day of collection, notified of the time slot they would be picking up. Text and email received when team were within thirty minutes away.

Always friendly. Also if you make a mistake with ordering uplift (size) they do refund.

The workmen kept me informed as to timing of uplift, and arrived on time. They were polite and very helpful and the job was done quickly.

Punctual to the point of managing the near impossible given the amount of roadworks in the vicinity. Polite and very efficient. I just handed them the driveway key which was returned with a verbal report of the amount of rubbish cleared and they left the site clean and clear.

Easy to arrange a collection for the next day. Email confirming who would be collecting the items with names and photos was really helpful and reassuring. Was notified before their arrival when they were due to come, again was helpful and all items were collected from inside the house with no problems.

I booked a service through their website for a specific date and time slot. I called twice during the scheduled time frame to ask for an ETA, but the people answering the phone were extremely rude and simply told me to wait for a text message when the driver was on the way.

On my last call, just 30 minutes before the end of the scheduled time slot, I was told that the service had been cancelled and that they could reschedule it for the following day.

I decided to cancel altogether and requested a full refund.

Very poor service. Unreliable and extremely disappointing.

great service - really easy to use. They picked up from our work storage unit and took the rubbish away no problem

Only used twice and both times they said the waste is 7 yard skip size although both times it was less than 4 yards. They show you one price, then you wait for them to come for a few days and they try to find an additional tile or something to try to increase the price to next level. Avoid and use something else

Found the booking process easy but not sure about how to work out the size. Anyway, arrived on time and cleared the items very quickly and will definitely use again.

The guys did a good job removing settee. Only down side was they did not come during arranged morning time slot. Arrived mid afternoon.
