Good follow-up regarding the sale... Too bsd shipment cost are so high for Canada

I was so excited to order this cube that I didn't check the shipping address and I accidentally sent it to an address I don't live in anymore. Not only were the support team extremely helpful and understanding but they helped me on CHRISTMAS none the less! I wasn't expecting that but appreciated it alot. I got my cube and I love it. its constantly with me and I'm finding new ways to play with it everyday. It's helped me stop biting my fingers and that's huge to me. I'll be back to buy another someday if they ever add a purple colored one to the limited series!

It's been 11 days since my order and it hasn't been shipped yet.

I purchased with 3-5 day shipping 10 days ago. I still have yet to receive even a notification that my order has shipped (let alone the products), but I did get asked to submit a review. Great products, but their fulfillment process, or lack thereof, is disappointing.

Wonderful service and product. My son loves the fidget cube and was so thoughtful to buy for his friends! It's so unfortunate how many knock offs there are. I am grateful I ordered through Kickstart so I noticed the poor quality of the people selling these with Antsy Lab name on Amazon.

I needed to change the shipping address of an order before it shipped, and it was very easy to accomplish through the customer support email.

I love the different varieties, textures, and sensations from this cube. I feel like I need to get one for every space in my house as well as one for my work bag! My boyfriend loves it too! 10/10 recommend :)

I ordered on Nov 27 and my order still hasn't shipped yet.

Also for such a small package, shipping wa $8 which is pretty steep compared to other online retailers.
