Excellent service
Not only a great price but customer service is second to none. I used 'Chat' because, not being too tech savvy, I was unable to reconcile the Kaspersky website with my desktop. The response was almost immediate and the agent was extremely patient and helpful in guiding me through the process. Highly recommend

renewal process
I found the instructions did not follow what was on the page when I logged in to kaspersky total security
It asked me to
2) Open the program & click the "Licence" link in the lower right corner of the main window.
There was no Licence link in the right hand corner so I had to feel my way through the process, retracing my steps along the way. Eventually I managed to download and open kaspersky total security
could you make the process clearer and simpler.
