From the first phone call to Andrew Hobbs and the final drive away I had a very positive experience. The car was beautifully finished and presented. The dealership is 2 hours away from my home but I would definitely visit again.

I used the service team at Anthony Betts for my previous car and they were great - brilliant at communication, informative, very trustworthy. So when I needed a new car in a hurry they were the first place I called as I was keen to get another Suzuki. Robert was fantastic to deal with and I'm now the proud owner of a second-hand Ignis. I'm on week two of owing my car and I LOVE HER! The Suzuki warranty gives great peace of mind to those of us who are not as car-savvy as we would like to be, and the team in the showroom are knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. I highly recommend them.

I visited the showroom twice recently. It is well lit with space to browse the cars on display. The sales & service staff were all male which, on reflection, could feel slightly intimidating for some female customers. However, the staff were helpful and friendly and I was made to feel welcome. My transactions went smoothly and I was totally satisfied with the processes.

Why is this dealership service department stuck in the past? Their phone operator doesn’t know the service prices. When asked for a figure, she can’t provide it and says it will take two days to find out. What kind of service is this? The information should be available immediately. Last time, they took my car twice for a software update but couldn’t complete it. All they seem good at is apologizing, blaming customers, and boasting about how busy they are, forcing customers to wait while justifying their inefficient, poor system.

I was served by Andrew who was extremely helpful, very personable and knowledgeable of all the types of vehicles. He didn’t miss an opportunity to upsell products or another car. It was a seamless transaction, a lot of features with the car, for a good price. Will definitely us this garage again and recommend to friends/family.

Our car salesman was Andrew Hobbs he was a straight talking no nonsense guy who put us at ease straight away.
We looked at the cars for sale and found the exact car l wanted. A red Automatic Suzuki.
Andrew gave us some great advice re the selling of my old car and we feel we paid a good price for my new car.
The purchase took a week due to New years Day and the weekend but it was sorted out very quickly.
Andrew took time to show me all of the cars finer details and connected my phone up.

This is the second car that my husband and I have bought from Suzuki in the last few months. Ifti Khan, the salesman at Suzuki Hemel Hempstead was extremely knowledgeable. If he didn't know the answer to a question he made a point of finding it out. Each time we visited the showroom we felt welcomed. We felt relaxed and never rushed. We felt reassured that we were in good hands and nothing was too much trouble.
