Decent plugins, terrible customer experience
I quite like their plugins, but I hate the cusomer experience. I spend more time in Antares Central and iLok than in session actually using these plugins.

Complete Technology Failure
I purchased the Autotune Subscription and had success using it for a few weeks. After my subscription went from free trial into paid, it proceeded to remove the active licenses in Antares Central and said I needed to start a trial. I triple checked my iLok to make sure it was active and relogged 5+ times on both systems. When I log into my account on the website, it said my account had an active subscription (and reminded me how much money I wasted). I reached out to support, and they said they refreshed my license, and proceeded to close my ticket. Software continues not to work after over 60$ invested in the monthly software. I will forever on recommend people to NEVER download this software and to use the many better options out there that don't require such restrictive licensing built on horrible tech. No refunds is absolutely insane and you can tell by these user reviews that everyone would be demanding refunds for the trash software. I'm sure new users are down the drain, and the only people stuck using this are the ones who have hundreds of sessions with their legacy softwares. GG Antares
Atares Autotune Central blocked by bitdefender and no refund given
If I could have awarded NO STARS I would have done so. Antares has provided plugin installation routines for Harmony Engine using AutoTune Central which they have confirmed is being blocked by Bitdefender and another antivirus provider. Their only solution is to tell its customers to disable their antivirus software whilst they install it. That is an extremely dangerous suggestion and totally inappropriate. I have demanded a refund because I am not able to install or use the plugin without following that advice. I purchased the software a week ago and reported it as soon as I tried to install it and Bitdefender blocked the installation with a series of malicious attack warnings. They do not provide any solution and have not provided a refund when I requested it. Would this routine also endanger my iLok account if I went ahead? Their only response - instead of providing a full refund because their software is not fit for purpose - is to say they will "try and find a solution". The only solution I will accept a week after my purchase, with delays in replies to messages and no resolution, is a full refund and I have told them so. All I have is a pension for income and they have taken my limited finance and provided something which is not just faulty, but which might create a security risk to my computer system. They need to consider whether they should be selling to customers at all if people purchasing their products are being put at such risk.

I am pretty sure I cancelled my trial for renewall. But today I got charged. Now I cancelled it again. I sent a tikket for requesting a refund. If I dont get a refund I need to use the PayPal buyer protection. I thought you had a serious product and seemed like a serious Company. But your businessmodel just reminds me of scam when you dont even refund people who get charged without warning
WORST PRODUCT DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
Ive been paying for unlimited subscription unable to open the pluggin. Customer service is hopeless and they try to close your case before the issue is solved. My issue was never solved and they proceeded to take money and now the pluggin crashed all the projects id previously worked on.

I couldn't find out to cancel the subscription as it's over complicated and then when I finally did, every-time I clicked cancel the page would come up as 'load error' I moved my money from my main account so they couldn't take it when my subscription ran out. They proceeded to try and charge my account 7 days in a row. Unfortunately my child's monthly tax money came in and they pounced on it. Still don't know how to cancel. Nothing in their terms of service about refunds or when you purchase so they are completely breaching the consumer rights act 2015. Product is poor and the only way the make money is by scamming people. Shameful really, in a community of people that struggle to make money from their music.

Free trial with a promise of notice before expiry under threat of losing the software trial. Took the money for unlimited access and refused to refund even though no warning given. Horrible business with so-so software. Use a competitor and take my advice. There is no free trial.

The plugin itself was actually good, however I haven't used it as much as i wanted... My subscription period was over, and while I was thinking about whether I wanted to cancel or continue using it, I tried opening a project with the plugin on a vocal in my track... to my surprise IT CRASHES THE ENTIRE PROJECT. Yes, you read that right. I am now not able to open ANY projects with Auto-Tune-series products on them. It simply crashes with an error message saying I haven't paid. Now I don't want to because of this.

Something as simple as trying to cancel your subscription they find a way to over complicate. They also close your support ticket at a whim without giving you the actual solution to the problem and refuse to let me cancel my subscription. Wow... thank god there is competition in the market and other plugin companies doing better business and creating alternatives to this type of technology. I won't be supporting this company ever again
Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service, buggy programs. When everything worked fine, the auto-tune itself was good, but that's about it. I found out way too late that their plugin doesn't work on my Mac version. Had to send 20 e-mails until they could tell me what was going on.

Worst billing practices- Watch out! I had 2 products installed from 2 different email accounts - not sure how that happened but despite the Antares software hub showing 0 activated product licenses, they charged me 24.99 for 2 accounts. I finally got a confirmation that both products are cancelled. And to uninstall, I had to use a line of code they provide in terminal. It's like...make the experience simple for customers. Clearly the reviews tell how displeased people are with Antares customer service. They won't refund me for the charges on software I never used. I'm not that guy to write bad reviews unless a company demonstrates they give no F's.... BYE...
