Do not trust these people, i was selling a car via Motorway. The car was prestine and they tried to get me to reduce the price by £2000. When i refused they tried to make out that the car had other issues (which it did not) then they went back to Motorway and got me barred from selling on that site. The oldest trick in the book. Please be careful

It was a pleasure meeting Joe who made my part exchange and buying experience of my BMW so straight forward.
Loving the car, it looks and drive great !!!
The only negative part was the aggressive call I received from the other salesman demanding that I sort out the log book for my Mercedes that was part exchanged which had a private plate on it.
As I explained to Joe that the DVLA had messed up the registration so we were waiting on them.
But that other salesman was so obnoxious and unwilling to listen or even try to understand the problem that I was having with the DVLA.
I may add at this point that the delay was actually caused by the garage Anslow Auto uses to do their M.O.T
THEY had put the wrong registration down and that's what caused the delay, it had nothing to do with me.
Dealing with Joe was a pleasure but not with the other guy, hence why I only give 4 stars

I recently purchased a car from Anslow Car Autos and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. During the test drive there were a couple of minor issues, but Joe and the director went above and beyond to make sure everything was put right before having the car. They replaced the necessary parts, ensured the car was in perfect working order, and even delivered it to me personally.
What really stood out was how thorough and accommodating they were – you don’t often see that level of care from car sales. As a gesture for the inconvenience, they also provided extended warranty cover, which was a lovely surprise. I’m really happy with the car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Having dealt with ray and his team now for over a period of over 5 years and purchasing more than 5 cars off them I cannot thank them enough the cars are prepared to a very high standard and please trust me my standards are high ray will tell you this i can be the customer from hell lol but nothing is too much trouble for them and should you get any niggles these are quickly dealt with in a full professional manner as i would exspect hence buying 5 cars from them so if you are looking for your next car please try anslow autos they really are that good and ray you know i love my audi rs vehicles let me know what you have coming in and will more than likely buy my 6 car from you kind regards mick.

As soon as I walked into the showroom I could tell this was a hidden gem of a find! I saw a Mercedes Cla I liked on the website, arranged to view it and drove away in it the same day. There was no pushy salesmanship, the communication was exemplary and I left safe in the knowledge that the car I had bought was everything I wanted. I would definitely recommend and will be going there for my Service/MOT in the future.

Bought an Audi A4 from Anslow Autos in December.
I'm very happy with the service received during the process of looking at and buying the car. After sales service was not as great.
Used my own finance which I'd arranged before viewing the car, they were fine with that and couldn't match the APR with their own.
They also purchased my own car off me for the expected asking price for part ex with no negotiating.
Nice easy process and completed quickly.
Points to improve on:
-The car was dirty on collection, from the demo drive a week earlier.
-The car paintwork was in pretty poor shape, it only became evident after the first clean... I spent some good time polishing and claying to bring it up to a good standard after I bought the car, so would've been nice if this was done prior to my purchase.
- The service schedule is mostly missing between 2017 and 2023 and it would've been nice to know this before having to contact Audi UK to find this out, it also showed a lot of work completed in the last 12 months, but only after I contacted Audi UK.
-There was oil in the engine bay after purchasing and this was burning when driving. Found out that the oil cap hadn't been fitted correctly when it was last topped up.
- There were several engine faults I found on plugging the car in after purchase. All now resolved, including egr and adblue faults (due to poor servicing in the past)
- The heated seat on the driver's side was faulty and they did get it in for repair asap, and no quibble over paying which was great! But unfortunately it was quite a faff sorting the car, it stayed with the garage for over a week when on day 1 they hadn't been able to find the fault (they were checking the wrong chair), but I wasn't told about this until I chased it a week later.
I was given the contact details for the garage sorting it and spoke to them directly, had the car back the next day...
All in all, the purchase of the car went great, and I'd like to thank both of the guys for this. But I'd advise have a thorough look and test the car for sale, as the little details caught me out.
If I didn't know my way around cars a bit, I'd still have some problems now...

It had only been on a week when I found it on auto trader.
Fell in love straight away,
Joe went out of his way to help my source the correct dash cam for the car as the wiring was already there.
Can’t remember the owners name but he was so welcoming too.
All in all beautiful show room brilliant team of detailers.
And all the other staff which make up the business……

I personally had a very bad an experience with Anslow Autos. I bought a car from them back in April 2023. The car was cat n and I was told by Ray the car sustained minor body damage so everything looked good and I purchased the car. However, around 4 months later it had an engine fault light come on. I went through the RAC warranty I got with the car but they said take it in to BMW. It was checked and they thought that the EGR was at fault and being a known issue it was replaced and all seemed well. No RAC warranty impacted and was replaced by BMW but had to pay nearly £1000 to have the engine walnut blasted due to carbon build up that was not covered under the warranty. About 4 months later and now out of RAC warranty the EML came back on again but this time when it went back to BMW they found an internal engine fault and advised this was likely the issue fist time around and the carbon issue was due to engine damage and not driving style. Basically, I had a nightmare trying to determine the cause of the damage but later on I did find out through my own investigation that the car had actually been Cat N due to water entering the engine (Flood Damaged) at some point which was not on any report I received from Anslow Autos or noted in the RAC approved check I received. So basically it was a flood damaged engine and the main reason it was given it’s cat n status. What annoys me the most is that Ray advised me it was can n for panel damage only and the main reason I purchased the car as it was great condition and no mention of any engine damage what so ever so ever. This unknown issue has sent me all around the world with BMW believing the EGR was at fault when it clearly was not. With a lot of in and out of the garages and a lot of expense to identify the internal damage and then finally fix the engine which ended up needing an engine rebuild costing me thousands I did some checks and the flood damage would have been knows by Anslow Autos had they done their proper due diligence and did a proper check rather than make up the story they used. Once I found out the real cause of the damage I approached Anslow Autos but they wiped their hands of the issue blaming everyone but themselves. Had I been told about flood damage upon purchase I would never have considered the car and his lie or lack of knowledge as he states of the cars car actual n status despite being RAC approved is in my eyes negligence at the least or a down right lie to get the car sold. As such I would not recommend this organisation what so ever as they took absolutely no responsibility for the lack of checks they should have made to the car but mainly for the mistruth they made up to sell me the car in the first place.
