Damaged furniture
On our moving day, they were packing the van and they had gotten lazy with the wrapping. They left a 20cm scratch on our black italian coffee table. They also did not bother disassembling our heavy crockery cupboard and ended up scratching it too when moving it. We have been constantly trying to contact customer service as they said that up to £25,000 of damage was covered but not once did they get back to us. We emailed them, called them, messaged them but still no reply. Would not recommend.

Useless insurance never replaced damages
Moved our stuff but damaged it in the process even after letting them know right before it got damaged to be careful but they just overlooked the detail and when it got damaged they said it’s fine u got the insurance anyways but when we tried and claiming for the damage they ignored us saying yeah we’ll do it but never got back even after several attempts and even 6 months after the move they haven’t replaced the damaged stuff or gotten compensation for it. The insurance was extra too that we paid for but they yavent

Avoid at all cost
Appalling customer service, extremely unprofessional and amateur. All they are interested is in money without providing a service. I would not recommend this company avoid at all cost. They charge you extra extortion amount of money unnecessary. Totally fake also not forgetting you get charged for a email invoice how ridiculous is that. If I had a choice I would rate them zero.

I posted on Google that I was moving home, I got calls from many company regarding my move but I was not not happy with their quotation, then I got an email from Victor (AnQ movers) with their quotation which was much reasonable then Justin called me and explained everything I provided him with the list of items and it was finalised. On the day of move they arrived on time and the men was very good & moved everything carefully & quickly. I really appreciate the work done by the 2 mens.

AnQ Movers turned my move into a breeze! I have used them for the second time already (first time was 2022), so I can attest that the service is consistently high quality – they have improved their service even more in the meantime.
From the initial quote to the final box set down in my new flat, their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly service exceeded expectations.
Victor and Justin, the move managers, were polite, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. They handled any concerns promptly and professionally, even at short notice. Stellar customer contact throughout.
Neil from the pricing team sent over an accurate and competitive quote quickly, making everything very transparent.
Khalid and the movers team who were assigned on the day arrived on time and worked with speed and care, and were super friendly throughout the whole process, involving me at the right times and making sure everything went in the right places.
The entire ANQ Movers team was outstandingly friendly and polite, making the whole experience stress-free.
They really delivered on every promise. Their communication was excellent, their team was professional and efficient, and they took great care of my belongings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to move.

Victor and then Justin helped me in…
Victor and then Justin helped me in every step of what I thought would have been a very stressful thing, moving a family of 4 from London to Kent. That just made it frictionless!! Neil provided me a very accurate quotation tailored on our specific needs.
The 2 very professional guys that then executed the operation, Khalid and its colleague, arrived perfectly on time (not very easy in London) with a very tidy and clean van. They moved all our stuff with extreme care and secured everything to avoid any movements during the journey.
I gave them the keys of the garage of the new home where they unloaded everything with extreme care, taking a video and then posting the keys in the mail box, no damages no scratches. None.
I was so grateful that I added a gratuity to the asking price.

Sweet Experience.
I got to know ANQ while I was searching for a company that will move my property online. I saw so many and their contact info and I did contacted these companies. Surprisingly, various quotes I was given was very high.
But, when I contacted ANQ first time, they gave me several options I had to choose from which was best for me financially and conveniently. To be honest, my property got to Scotland, Inverness two days before the agreed date.
Even when the driver got to the self storage we were only informed and few days later we were at the storage to take inventory, everything was correct. Truly, Justin, Neil, Khalid and team did a good job as they were all in contact with me and my wife to ensure effective and efficient delivery of my properties.
It was really a lovely experience indeed and I promised to recommend persons that needs such services.

I read numerous removal reviews and contacted few. I chose ANQ for their competitive price, response to queries and mainly for their honest negotiations. AnQ movers are the best by far.
Indeed they are organised effucuenz professionals.
Starting with Victor who intoduce me to the procedure by explaining and putting a list together despite network disturbance or noise back ground coming from my side.
Then Justin and Khalid who assist with the financial bit as well as putting a team together to respond to my need.
And Neil who is in charge of dispatching the movers team on the day did a fantastic job by supplying 2 organised and efficient hardworker who started from 11 am in London till 11.30pm in Bristol. Credit to the whole team with their effort. I highly recommend AnQ movers.

Very efficient
Justin came to my rescue when I was let down by movers from another company. They emailed me to cancel 40 minutes before the scheduled time and could not even bother to call. I contacted justin and he manage to arrange two very nice movers at the last minute so that I could proceed with my plans. It was a bit expansive but at least he manage to make the move happen.

Moving can be very stressful
Moving can be very stressful. Justin along with Khalid and the movers help me organizing everything. I 100% recommend this company they are truly professionals. They go above and beyond. The price was reasonable value for money. The movers arrived on time they were respectful to me and certainly cautious about not damaging my stuff.they even managed to hoist my sofa through the window. The best movers we ever had! And thats considering our 11th move in 7yrs! They are all very professional and its such a stressfree move that we never thought possible. Neil, Justin and Khalid and his moving team are all very helpful, kind and provided excellent service and great communication. Very decent
Very communicative all the way through. Was a bit of a difficult move. I had not confirmed where I was moving to yet but knew it was 5hrs away! They were very understanding every step of the way. Price was also very reasonable
Actual move went well, only reason 4* instead of 5 is that it wasn’t really clear what was going where when it came to unpacking and we ended up with weights in the music room instead of the garage, for example. But that’s really me just being nitpicky (and not being able to move them to the right room myself when I noticed).
The actual moving guys themselves were great! Didn’t catch their names at all.
Justin was also very helpful and responsive.
