Unlawful. Refused to refund and cancel under consumer rights law.

I came across Annie's Fitness on insta and thought it looked interesting. I'm a 47 yo woman, and have been lifting for 8 years or so. I am looking for something specific that I can do at home with my free weights, so I when I saw that there was a subscription on an app I thought I would give it a go. Once through the set up process and saw the workouts, there was a lot of emphasis on gym equipment, despite having answered a questionnaire about what equipment I have available.
I contacted Annie to ask for a refund, and was told she only offers refunds for "valid reasons". I reminded her about my consumer rights, to which she said I could take it up with my credit card company.
Sadly this is unlawful practice, and my consumer rights dictate that I am entitled to a refund on any product bought online, but Annie seems to think this doesn't apply to her.
Purchase with caution. If you decide it's not for you, you will have to cancel your subscription in the app, but you will not get your money back on the first month.
