Hi Bev,

I don't know if you've read my other replies, but we are a small business that sell Wine Coolers. You have not purchased any wall panels from our company, but a company with a similar name.

Trust pilot and Shopify are now investigating all reviews that are being left against our brand unfairly and incorrectly.

If you have any evidence that connects your order to our website, please share these with us directly at info@elevare.uk so we can share these further.

We are sorry to hear you've been scammed and do hope you manage to get this resolved.

Hi Yvonne,

I'm sorry to hear that you've had troubles with an order but unfortunately your order is with a different company. We are Elevàre, a UK company who stocks Wine Coolers only.

I've spoken to another customer who has been scammed by this company but have not received any evidence that the scammers are using our website (www.elevare.uk). I appreciate your frustrated that you can't get through to the company that you purchased the items from. From speaking to Shopify, they believe from the company email, you are looking for elare.store but they are still investigating.

If you have any evidence that connects your purchase to our small business please get in touch directly and happy to raise another case with Shopify.

Many thanks,
Kirsty
