Appalling Company
So Anker tried numerous times through different appeals to get my review removed which they finally succeeded.
This is a cowboy outfit who do not understand consumer law and do not care about customers
I'd never waste a penny with these cowboys again as it WILL be wasted!
Their products last a few months if you're lucky before they fail.
I'm slowly ditching this junk and purchasing other reputable brands.

Okay, without a doubt this is the company I turn to when wanting some kind of charging device etc. Great service, great products and a helpful team. I have bought 2 power banks, networking block and chargers off them, not one has disappointed me !

This is for Anker UK outlet ,,submitted an offer on e bay for £2 less than the asking price ,,waited 24hours no reply ,retracted the offer ,then paid the full price ,,it stated,,if ordered 2hrs and 20mins before deadline it will be dispatched same day ,,never was dispatched so ended up cancelling ,,a complete shambles

AVOID - RETURNS SCAM
Ankers return policy claims to be straightforward and with a 30 day money bank guarantee which is part of the reason I trusted them with purchase of an expensive item.
However I think returns at the cost/ responsibility of the customer is a way to push the risk onto the consumer.
I posted my item over a month ago I have been emailing Anker since as I haven't received my refund. It is shown as on its way with Royal Mail still from it's tracking number - clearly a courier issue.
Despite many communications on this they have let me know today I need to follow this up with Royal mail Myself and they won't issue my refund until they receive the item. This is not my fault and now I need to spend my time sorting this out.
AVOID! So disappointed.

Excellent product
Purchased a power pack to use with my iPhone. Great product with battery that lasts forever. Easily gets me through 2-3 days with regular charging. Excellent product.

Worst product and customer service - AVIOD
Worst customer service, I have been trying to get a warranty replacement sorted and it's been over 2 months of back and forth with no progress and multiple issues and obstacles, all I want is my item to work!
Aviod at all cost!

Swift warranty processing & replacement
I had a faulty product and the team swiftly processed my claim with replies under <20 mins at the beginning! After verifying my warranty and analysing my claim... they did reject it, however I pushed back and got it accepted, and in fact they agreed to give me a different, more expensive replacement product, since I asked for it! unfortunately, they sent the wrong one, but they were quick to send the new one once I flagged it to them and I now have the correct, working product (different & better than the original faulty one). Special shoutout to Lucas.xin who handled my claim.

Worse customer support I’ve ever experienced as a new customer!
Support is unhelpful, useless and unresponsive!
I have an order worth £600 which will I’ll be sending back thanks to their brain dead support!
Anker have now replied to my review and asked me to contact their support team, the SAME support team that have been unresponsive! You can’t make this up!
Anker then tried to flag and have my review removed but TrustPilot allowed my review.

Expensive Powerbank Dead In Under a Year
Expensive 20000mAh Powerbank (model A1384) is completely dead in less than a year, anker support refused to help because it was sold by Currys, and Currys refused to help because "it's managed by anker"
Awful experience.
The below response from Anker is just copy pasted slop, they made no further attempt to resolve the problem.

Anker have great reliable products. I don't always go direct as they have an amazon store, but all there gear is good quality.
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. The earth pin on a new charger sheared off while in the socket. After a battle where Anker blamed us for the fracture they relented and replaced the charger but refused to consider the electricians £100+ bill for replacing the socket. Now a power bank has had the display fail. Yet again it’s the customers fault as they assert it’s been dropped and the crystal is fractured, except the crystal is in perfect condition

Not the cheapest products but the quality is worth the small extra cost. I would absolutely recommend digging a bit deeper into your pocket and getting Anker brand if you can.
