Another satisfied customer

Everything was well packed and arrived quick. Very happy with the items from this seller. Would recommend anyone who are looking for a great products. Guaranteed best results.

Goods arrived well packed and in perfect condition

The goods arrived late but was not all due to seller.. communication was very poor.. I had to do all the chasing to find out where my order was.. I think communication really needs to b better just to keep the customer up to date with the delivery and delays.. but the order was well packed and in perfect condition when it did arrive

What happened to this great store?(UPDATED))

***UPDATE - 14/2/24***
The seller got back in touch with me after Christmas and was incredibly apologetic about the lack of communication, explained that the product had been further delayed by their supplier and offered me a full refund which I received very quickly. I'm very glad as this store had been great for me in the past, this is the only issue I'd ever had and I was really hoping this would get resolved so I have changed my review to reflect this.

I'm really disappointed as I have always had brilliant service in the past from this company and this is the first time I've had an issue.
I preordered an item in April from the website that was due for release September and I was informed in September that it was delayed until October/November and I said that was fine and I'll wait for it, so I'm not counting this as the beginning of my bad experience.

However, I emailed again in November and received no reply. It's now December and I haven't recieved the product or any communication.
I have emailed them twice again, contacted them on Instagram profile and their eBay store and have had no reply as of writing this review. PayPal will not refund me either as the original transaction was too long ago.

I'm really disappointed I've had a lot of items from Anime Emporium, both from their website and eBay store in the past and the service was wonderful, so I don't know what has happened lately.

I really hope they can go back to being a more reliable store and this is just a rough patch, I don't feel confident in ordering from the website or their eBay until then.

They advertised an item, then without warning stopped selling it, after taking my money and they don't even bother replying to messages, when asking what happened to my order

Authentic products, great prices

A great seller of authentic anime products. A good range that's not easy to find from most UK sellers and at great prices as well.

Postage was a little slow, though they did warn of that on their website and upgraded the shipping to make up for it.

Certain parts of said website could use some work to make it look more professional/legitimate, e.g. the FAQs page. Don't be put off though, their products are 100% legitimate.

Great service

Great service - there was a small issue with a supplier that caused a delay but they let me know what had happened and kept me informed the whole way. They also upgraded my delivery to compensate for this, which was really appreciated. Overall would recommend :)
