Partial order complete, total silence from them
Ordered a total of 6 Baldurs Gate 3 figures from them in March 2025, 3 were shipped in Oct '25 and another one a week later (no contact from them or replies to my e-mails, just automated 'it's on it's way!' e-mail). Still waiting on the remaining 2 over a year later, have sent numerous e-mails to their supposed 'customer service' inbox and had no response. Website is useless, status has been 'preparing order' for over a year now, so starting a claim back via PayPal due to failure to deliver all the items and the serious lack of communication. I wouldn't advise spending much money with these guys as you'll have no updates or points of contact and just have to hope one day you get what you ordered. Would be 1 star but at least some of the items have arrived.

I preordered an item that was supposed to be released at the end of January 2026. I waited but I didn’t get any information on when I would receive my package. I looked on the website last week and it said the store was closed until the 20th of February and then I saw on their instagram that the owner(?) is on vacation. I also sent the shop a message on instagram and an email but and is no answer but they post vacation stories non stop on their company instagram…
I understand that this might be a small business run by one person but if I order something that is stated to be released at the end of January I’d like to receive it shortly within that time. I don’t want to wait one whole month to receive the item, especially when other stores are shipping out the products to their customers already… Even if I buy it from another shop instead I still have to wait for this person to return from their vacation to get a refund on my purchase. I even see people in their comments waiting for items for months so I would be surprised to even get a message back about a refund. Very disappointed.

I love this company since they have lots of variety of anime figures and merch to choose from. They are based in the UK so the shipping is free or low costs, the payment options are safe and secure and the customer service is very good for all enquiries related to products or your purchases.
I order a “GEM Megahouse, Haikyu - Osamu Miya (palm figure)” and it was amazing and beautiful! Very well packaged and did not arrive damaged at all, I am 100% very happy with my order and I love it very much.
The only negative I have is not being able to create an account directly on AnimeEmporium as “Shop” app kept on being slow, so AnimeEmporium needs to fix that, please fix this so we can see our orders more easily as I struggled somewhat of not being able to see my order.
Apart from that, I would recommend for all anime lovers in the UK to buy from this shop.
