A scam- the 'Zara Wool jacket' was a cheap synthetic knock off. Despite promptly returning ( to an adress in India!! £36 postage!!!) They claimed they would impose a £15 restocking fee per item. Do NOT waste your money. This company's procedures are at best illegal.
Avoid ordering from here
Avoid ordering from here, you do not get what you have ordered. Order I received does not even closely resemble what I ordered. Also took over 3 weeks to arrive. Shocking service
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If i could give zero i would. Ordered a dress but the one that came was nothing like what I ordered, was cheap tacky material and only good to use as a cloth. Have demanded a refund, have images of order and actual dress and if they try to charge me to return this piece of tat I will get my bank to do a charge back. Avoid like the plague. Masquerading as a london based company but clearly in China scamming people
This is a scam company
This is a scam company. Do not use! Claims on website to have 100s of positive reviews on Trust pilot - it's a lie. The jacket I bought was a cheap knock-off from China, not Zara, not wool. I was offered a 10% discount, an exchange or a return to an address in India at my own expense with £15 restock fee deducted from the refund. I'm pursuing a dispute via my bank and will be reporting to Trading Standards.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Not worth even 1 star total scam.
Clothing not fit for purpose, very poor quality and not as advertised.
Return process is none existent despite the claim on their website.
Not even a charity shop would accept the dress.

You will not get what you order...items do not resemble what Angel London are advertising on website.
It is not a uk company
Avoid Avoid Avoid
They will offer a discount of 10% or a replacement or a refund that you have to pay £15 to return to India & not London,it came from China.
What ever you do DON'T ORDER THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY OF DROP SHIPPERS
This is a totally misleading company.
This is a totally misleading company.
Be warned … you cannot return anything to the supposedlyUK business. It maybe called Angel London, look it up it says Blackpool but they want you to return the item to India, pay proof of delivery, deduct £15.00 for re stocking fee and give me £4.00 i have been battling with them for a refund since 11th September 2026 on going. I have reported to my bank and to trading standards and now to Advertising Standards Authority.
This company is a SCAM stay clear at all costs.
This company is not real. They are a drop shipping company who scam you and then pretend to be genuine. I purchased an item at 16.02 and then cancelled my order immediately at 16.10, same day. I e-mailed to request an immediate refund in line with their own T&C's but was refused. If you read the reviews you'll see they are consistently terrible. They also trade under a number of different fraudulent name- just compare the adds on Google and you'll quickly learn to spot the exact same site with a different name.- all designed to steel your money. 1 point is too generous feedback - -10 woudl be more suited to the disgraceful scam they operate. Stay clear at all costs
This is a absolute scam
This is a absolute scam, Its not in london, as i sadly found out, everything is coming from China, still haven't received mine, contacted them several times, response seems automated by AI.
It seems its using false advertisements, please dont waste your hard earned money buying from this company.
Not even 1 star
Not even 1 star! Total misdiscriptipn, product is shoddy and refunds are a joke (please see other reviews) . Do not buy from them!
Disgusting clothing
Do not in any way buy from this company their clothing should be reported to trade misdirection they bear no resemblance at all. A complete con .
I had to give 1 star in order to write a review
I paid £28 for a supposedly 3 piece…
I paid £28 for a supposedly 3 piece item. The item received bears absolutely no resemblance to the image on the advert. I complained and they asked for me to send photos, which I did . They have now offered me 3 options. 1. Keep the item and get a 10% refund (£2.80 are you serious!). 2. Send back to them for refund which could take up to 5 weeks and postage (they suggest tracked) at my own cost. 3. Exchange for something else on their site and pay the postage. This is a total con. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Angel London is not based in London. They are in India and the item is made by a retailer in China (MUXUE) as shown on the postage label. I shall be putting this down to experience which is I'm sure how they make their money. Instagram Ad beware!!
Very disappointing and unprofessional…
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Angel London.
The product I received did not match the description or material advertised on the website. I could not safely wear it.
When I requested a refund and return they expected me to pay the international return cost to India, while they are attempting to deduct money from my refund.
I strongly dispute this deduction. In my experience, the advertising was misleading and the customer service has been extremely poor.
I would not recommend Angel London. Please do your research carefully before ordering. It’s definitely 100% a scam.
Total rip off
Total rip off. Low quality tat. My fault,I should have done some research.

If I could give a 0 review then I would. DO NOT use this company. I bought a jacket, came nothing like the photo. I contacted them to return and get a refund, they offered me half price to keep it. I refused, ended up sending the item back to China - it has since been returned to me because it was refused/unclaimed in China. Now nobody is responding to my emails. Absolute Scam!!!!!
Badly made plastic rubbish
Badly made plastic rubbish. Wanted to return, they tried desperately to make me keep it - fit only for landfill, definately do not want to give it house room. Getting rid of it is their responsibility.
Returned over six weeks ago, still no refund. Thieving scum!
This company is using a different name
Warning - this company is now selling in Facebook under a different name. I saw the shoddy dress I bought advertised (pic was lovely, what turned up was cheap rubbish - I made an earlier review). I can’t recall what they’d changed Angel to, it was something like Carmen London.
Buyer beware. This is a con! They are not based in the UK let alone in London!
If I could have given them 0 stars I would have! This is a con!!! They ship late from Aisa and the quality of their garments is really poor. You will have to pay £25 to return any goods! Absolutely gutted that I was conned!!!!
This place is a scam!
This place is a scam!
I bought a dress from this website and when it arrived it was nothing like the item shown on the web, it was also faulty in two places, there was faulty stitching on the shoulder seam and a faulty pocket. I stupidly fell for the website which has fake TrustPilot Reviews. It took me a little while to find these actual reviews to realize I am one of many people who have had the same experience. As the item was faulty I asked for a refund, but the company insist that I send the item back to an address in China at my expense (£20 - £25). In email contact with them I highlighted that consumer law means I should not have to pay to return a faulty item, but this has not changed their position. I have just raised a complain with PayPal, so I hope I can get my money back this way.
Avoid this company - don't fall for the scam that I fell for.
UPDATE: PayPal were very supportive, I had to send the item back , but that only cost £11 not the £25 they quote, PayPal has issued me with my refund, so i'm only £11 out of pocket - way better than loosing the price of the dress (approx £40) and at least this awful scam company didn't get any profit from me. I really recommend going via PayPal complaints to get your money back
