Had a great experience with Andy when looking to purchase a new home with Equity Release. He gave us impartial advice throughout and always responded quickly to any queries.
We ended up purchasing a home outright without equity release in the end, but we are going to do equity release on this new house in 2025/26 and will go through Andy when the time is right

Friendly, knowledgable and caring family run business
Andy and the team are absolutely fantastic. We used the mortgage broker service with Robert. In a daunting and unfamiliar world Robert made things simple and easy to understand. Giving us great advice and tips along the way. He also gave us some great financial advice to help us in the future. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend to family and friends.

Equity Release…
We contacted Andy Wilson with regards to equity release. We needed advice as we had heard so many scary scenarios. He came to our home and completely put us at ease with his knowledge and professionalism.
Sadly, I was widowed soon after we had the funds, but again he visited me and allayed all of my fears. His kindness was so very welcome. I will be recommending his services in the future.
