I had an issue with the lunch vouchers the first time I booked with them I had to buy my own lunch and they refunded me.

I had an issue with the lunch vouchers the second time I went with them and there were 4 of us. All of us had issues. This happened two months ago, the issue has not been resolved, I have sent multiple emails and called them and they just ignore my emails.

The issue has now been resolved and I have received a refund.

Exceptional service from beginning to end. Has booked two trips with them this season, one for 9 people and the other for 2 people.) My husband left his coat (with passport in the pocket!) on the transfer bus and they got it back to us the following day.

Very helpful team from first enquiry to end of holiday. Very happy with the service. For someone who has predominantly skied the french alps, I found Andorra a great family venue. Thanks Liza and team for a great week.

Great company to deal with, very responsive and helpful

We booked transfers, accommodation, ski hire & ski passes with ATS and everything went very smoothly. A last minute change to a transfer time meant a phone call to the office in Andorra. Gemma dealt with the change without fuss (or extra charge!)
The day before travelling we had a call from Gemma offering us a free accommodation upgrade to a 4-star hotel.
When we arrived at our accommodation we were met by ATS rep Pat. He saw us booked in and then walked us to the hire shop to collect our gear, giving us many tips about Pas de la Casa on the way.
All in all a very professional and friendly service. Will not hesitate to use them again.

I have used Andorra Travel Services over the last few years. I book most of my trip myself, however, they help me book coaches and my ski passes.
They are always very friendly, quick to respond when you have a question, explain everything so that it’s easy to understand and will also help to change any arrangements when needed even at short notice.
10/10 every time

This company was ok regarding price with our transfers from Barcelona however they took the long way round to Andorra to save the toll charges on the motorway

This added two and a half hours to our journey which was now 4.5 hours long with no stopping if you needed a bathroom break And it also messed our planned evening up as we got to Andorra very late.

We had to pay an additional fee for them to use the motorway on the way back so as not to miss our flights and the driver wanted to take the money and use it as a tip and still not use the motorway.

I would not use this company again

Helpful enough, but cheaper to book elsewhere. Requested a price from them for a lift pass with lunch and it was £11 more than through the big chain operator we were booked through. Shame, they used to be the cheapest going.
