Wanted to update my Will - AndersonBain have looked after me for a good few years - anyway contacted them and Cara got back in touch quickly and was able to assist with the changes - couple of things - please get costs correct as it was higher than I expected - also a little more human interaction for the changes would have been appreciated - regardless of personal opinions I cannot fault the service

We recently dealt with Cara Seivwright to arrange POAs and will amendments.
Cara was extremely helpful, considerate, explained everything to us and answered our difficult questions.
We were able to sign all paperwork over video call. This was very important to us as my father was unable to attend in person due to mobility issues.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Cara, and have in fact asked her to perform another service for me.

Even when there were minor issues with the seller I was kept up to date without being prompted, walked me through the next steps and took much of the workload away from me.
