Since wearing the bracelets, less than a week, I'm having more patience with my husband of 45 years (not a joke) and I am sleeping better AND not waking up with a morning headache like I use to. Usually I have to have the TV on all night to get a couple hrs sleep, no so for the last 3 nights!! Just ordered SEVEN more bracelets and a necklace last night before going to bed. :)

I love my new bracelets. Even more, I love the support I received from Ananta Stones, particularly Ms. Kelly when I ordered the wrong bracelet. She saw to it that the correct one was sent, My best friend will now receive the beautiful healing bracelet in time for Christmas. I intend to buy more of their beautiful jewelry for gifts.

Who would've thought of getting genuine and most honest answers from companies who sell their products online? I ordered about 5 bracelets, 3 were on a bundle and was shocked that I only received 2. Went ahead and sent them an email without expecting any reply from them. You can't blame me for having less expectations when it comes to correspondence through email. It was not more than an hour and I received a response from Kelly. She educated me that my orders were shipped separately and even made it easy for me by sending links so I can track my orders by myself. Received all 5 bracelets and they are all gorgeous. I bought a wrap bracelet, the turquoise one, I was expecting it to arrive in 2 wks or so because that's what it says on the website. I was surprised to get in the mail after a week! The wrap bracelet was great, my friends loved it and asked me immediately where I ordered it. Overall, it was a great experience. Nice doing business with you!

I ordered a bracelet and did not received any update, I e-mailed the company and they promptly responded even though it was a weekend, they were very kind and professional. It looks like I entered my email address incorrectly. My turquoise wrap bracelet arrived on time and it absolutely looks dazzling and more beautiful in person than in photos. Thank you for your excellent service and the quality of product. I would recommend this to a friend.

What can I say? One can never prove a company's product is of high quality if the service is not. Ananta Stones has never failed to deliver both. They would respond to each and every inquiry promptly and professionally and delivered my gorgeous bracelets with such care and passion.

I purchased my bracelets from Anantastones because I thought it was cute, and it IS! I get many compliments on it and I feel good when I wear them. It matches almost anything!

I ordered an item that did not meet my satisfaction. After I wrote a review on the site stating my displeasure, I was contacted by Anata Stones with an offer to replace the item with the same or a new item of equal value. I decided to choose a new necklace item and when I received it, it far exceeded my expectations!
But mostly, I absolutely appreciate the concern of Anata Stones to address my concern and replace the item with something I would love.

Anantastones has always stood behind the items they send. I received my bracelet but it was broken. Their customer service is great! They send me a replacement in a matter of 4 days! I am buying again!

Lots of negative feedback but for me, Ananta Stones jewelries are well crafted. I received mine 3 days after placing my order. The beads are as vibrant as it is in the ads. I bought the Healing bundle and got it in a discounted price by spinning the wheel in their website! I really love it! I also asked questions in their Facebook page and they answer right away. Their customer service is awesome 🤗🤗🤗

I bought a bracelet for my wife for her birthday last year and she really loved it! She never remove it from her wrist since then and always received compliments from her friends. The color is so vibrant and lovely. This company also has a good cause because they give a portion of the cost to the elephants. The customer service is also awesome. At first, we do not know how to wrap the bracelet, they are so helpful and answers really fast, they even send a link on how to wrap the video. I highly recommend to buy product to this company

I received my bracelet today. It was exactly as described. I used the YouTube video to show me how to properly wrap the bracelet and it was a big help. I had questions regarding shipping and Kelly answered each email quickly and assured me regarding my questions. Will order again

So many negative reviews but I absolutely love the bracelet. Great quality, beautiful stone. A little difficult to put on but once you try it a couple of times it’s not so bad. I would buy more from them. Ad said 3 weeks for shipping but got mine in less than one week. Really great bracelet.

This company is a joke. Well except it's not funny. Received my "handmade bracelet" from China and I didn't like it. It looks cheap and it has a huge stone on it that I don't like. I have been trying to return it for a month. They keep saying to a take picture and send to them. Why would you have to do that? I have done this 4 different times. Each time they say they didn't get it. They won't let you Return the bracelet. All I have received is the run around.This company is horrible. Do not do business with them!! All of the peace love and good vibes is a joke. I will probably need therapy after dealing with them and you definitely arent dealing with a US company as portrayed. I would NEVER have purchased this bracelet had I known that.

Lisa responded two days after this last post.
She kindly offered a new bracelet or refund.
I asked for a refund and it was promptly refunded.

Lisa said their policy was to not accept merchandise back even with a refund so in essence I got a refund and kept the bracelet.

I keep the bracelet in the box

Customer Service was excellent.

Unfortunately the delay in communications freaked me out. If you buy here, give communication 3-4 days via email.

I was told my money would be returned and I could keep the bracelet to avoid further inconvenience but I have asked for an address to mail back the bracelet.
I appreciate this customer service and will monitor and report updates.

Bracelet was defective, loose threads.
Per Terms & Conditions I emailed pictures but have yet to hear from
them after the first and only “sorry” response. They offered replacement or refund. I asked for a refund and haven’t heard back. DO NOT BUY HERE.
If I DO hear a response I’ll update.

Don't trust this company. If you are unsatisfied with the merchandise they won't let you return it and won't refund the purchase price. The worst on-line shopping experience I ever had. They present themselves as being all about spreading good energy, but all they want is your money.

Use friendly web site fast delivery, I'm very pleased with the bracelet very pretty and appears to be well crafted.
