I purchased a bracelet on March 24, 2020. They took my money immediately. The mailing label, according to their tracking information, was created March 26, 2020. Since then, 18 days ago, there has been no new activity on their tracking site.

Non-responsive customer support suggests that I bought into a scam. I guess the next step is to cancel the order through PayPal. Very disappointing.

Update: To their credit, after I posted this, Anantastones responded to my email, admitted that the package was never sent, and refunded my money. Too bad it took a negative review to make it happen,

I placed two order on Sat., 4/4, and haven't been able to contact this vendor. They have a NYC phone number listed, but yet my bank informed me the purchase was international. I am now worried that I've been scammed. If I don' receive a confirmation of some kind soon, I will contact my bank and dispute the charges. This is not a way to do business if indeed Ananta Stones is legitimate.

On 4/8, I see a reply to my review. There was no stated shipping time. I sent numerous emails to Ananta Stones. I also cancelled the order that they do not acknowledge in their reply to me. If my order has actually been shipped, I hope the crystals are authentic and worth the aggravation of a company with no customer service.
4/20/20 - received notices for both orders on 4/11/20 that they have shipped. Haven’t yet received either one.

Absolutely no response to multiple emails. No response to voice mail. Received several emails back after placing order. One indicated my order was confirmed, all the others indicated my order had not been completed. They still have not shipped yet my account was charged.

In response to your reply:

Per my April 6th email, I opened a case with PayPal and definitely want the order cancelled. When I receive funds back for an item that never shipped, I will add a more positive tone to my comments here.

Don't buy anything from this site....they order it from Ali Express and you pay 80% more. It's an ordinary scam!!!

I purchased a bracelet for a gift. It came in a plastic bag, and was not of a quality I would expect and so I did not give it. (It still sits in its plastic bag).

Today, out of NOWHERE, the company emailed me telling me how the coronavirus is essentially a hoax and they provided information "that the media doesn't want us to know about."

WTH?!?! Unsolicited, they are endangering the lives of people who purchased from them. WHY!?!? Who asked their opinion on ANYTHING, especially public health information in the middle of a world-wide pandemic?

I will post what I can about this disreputable company wherever I can.

3/26 - I cannot respond to the company's response, so I will do it here. (1) I have messaged them two times, but got no response except when I posted publicly (2) Customers don't need assurances from a jewelry company that they will "survive an outbreak". Nor do they need advice about "what the media doesn't want them to know." There are professionals offering guidance and that's who people should listen to, certainly not someone who thinks that stones will heal a pandemic.

The email was unsolicited and is dangerous.

To anyone reading this: Do not take unsolicited medical advice from this company, or anyone else. Listen to the public health and medical experts. They're experts for a reason.

I have bought 3 bracelets and have bern very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. I also reached out to the type of bracelets I prefer and received a feedback
promptly.

I had a bad experience. I was very unsatisfied with Healing Lapiz Lazuli Empress Wrap Bracelet for $39.99. It looked beautiful on the photo, but what i received was pitiful copy of it. The stone looks fake and the rubber band smells of a cheap plastic. I was trying to contact the seller for more than a week, but they didn't reply to me until i said that i'm going to leave a bad review. I asked for a refund. In return, they asked me to send them a photo of the product. I did what they asked. They didn't want to give me a refund but "kindly" offered me a replacement item. I refused it and asked a refund. I was waiting for couple of weeks and eventually resolved the case through PayPal.

I ordered two bracelets for my wife for Valentines day. I only received one of them. The only way that they would respond back to me is I had to file a complaint with PayPal. They said if I would close my complaint with PayPal, they would ship another one. I have yet to receive the second or even a shipping tracking number. Do not buy from them as the customer service sucks

Quality is very poor and they look ver cheap as well as you the packaging indicates made in China when it arrives. They give you the impression they are US made. I was also charged a foreighn transaction fee since they are in UK not US as they make you believe. Supposed 30 satsfaction guarantee. Contacted to return which took forever then offered me 70% discount not to return. They never refundeded the amount promised so I indicated I wanted to return for full refund. They stopped responding. I then let them know I'd dispute with my card company and no response. Poor quality items, foreign made and sold and will not refund your money. Had to dispute with my card company. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had a terrible experience. Placed an order, weeks ahead, for a gift. There wasn't an option to send as a gift. So I inquired as to if they could do it. "Kelly" said it was impossible to get someone at the warehouse to do it. Really??? Apparently the warehouse is in China.
I've sent numerous emails, requested my money back. Only to get a canned response that the gift had been shipped and would arrive in another 23 freaking days. (My friend will have moved).
TERRIBLE SERVICE and the stuff comes from China.
Still no gift.

I love my bracelet! The mix of stones, colors and textures are so unique and each one is a one if a kind. I bought one for all of my closest girlfriends..."my tribe"...each turquoise srone is different and unique. Living in Florida I wear it almost every day because it matches just about everything I wear. It's long enough to wrap multiple times around your wrist or around your ankle...one if my friends wears it as a necklace...either way it's so pretty!

My experience was excellent. I contacted customer service and received a quick answer. My bracelets are beautiful. I will order again.

I received one of these beauties from my husband as a Christmas gift. I was delighted initially but then disappointed when I couldn’t get it to comfortably fit my 7” wrist. Then I noticed the knots on the end were adjustable...
In order for it to fit properly I had to untie the 3 pre-tied knots at the end and tie just one simple knot about 1” from the end. This allows me to wrap the bracelet comfortably while showcasing the large and gorgeous slice of ocean jasper on top of the other strands.
It’s really quite beautiful and I get lots of compliments when I wear it.

My bracelet is one of the most beautiful pcs of jewelry I one. The detail of each stone is impressive, fitted, n just beautiful..
It wraps around your wrist, even your ankle if you perfer. prefer. It has 3 different latch sizes, for different wrists. You can't go wrong with this company or their merchandise.

I ordered Two bracelets as I couldn't decide which one I liked better! they arrived within a week! The Packaging is as beautiful as the bracelets I will deffinately order again for gifts ...Im keeping these both for myself!!!!

I ordered the Healing White Labradorite Wrap Bracelet as a gift. Unfortunately, it was not a style that the recipient really liked and since it was not a time for spending on myself, I had to return it. All I did was click on the chat button and instantly I was chatting with Abby who was awesome. She took care of everything! I will definitely reorder - after the Christmas bill are paid! My first bracelet arrived pretty promptly a few months ago and fits fine. I’m doing a review now because tonight another email ad came saying “two for the price of one!” Fine. Per instructions I ordered what I wanted and then attempted to order the free one by emailing anantastones and giving my order #. However, I kept getting addresses saying their email address isn’t valid. So now I don’t know if I’m getting the second one or not. Confusing and a little fishy. Anyone else have this experience?

Wish I had read all these reviews first. I got my bracelet on time, but it didn’t fit properly and kept coming undone. I emailed asking for instructions on how to return it. I got an email back asking me why I wanted to return it. I sent a return email and answered her question. I should have known something was fishy because the email they sent me was written in pigeon English, with incorrect verb tense, etc. I have emailed them again today requesting info on how to return the bracelet and have received no response. I am guessing I am out $40, but I intend to file a complaint with the international version of our Better Business Bureau.
