I contacted Steve with regards a small issue I had with the outdoor post box I recently purchased. Without hesitation, I was sent a replacement, which arrived 2 days later. I have to say that their products are very well made and their aftercare is excellent. I highly recommend.

I purchased a angle grinder from a retail shop had the tool approximately 7months and it developed a fault I contacted the Amtech supplier and can't fault them in there response very very helpful and resolved the problem within a couple of days thank you (well done) .

I wanted to know whether a G clamp could support the weight of a plant. Steve (from customer service) replied promptly and suggested that he carry out some tests to verify whether my usage of that G clamp would be appropriate for my task. After carrying out the tests, he let me know the results. Steve went above and beyond what was necessary - will definitely use amtech again and recommend them to anyone who's interested.

I contacted Steve in the Warranty Department as I needed a replacement part for a set of Amtech telescopic anvil ratchet lopers. As Steve did not have the part on the shelf, he agreed to send me a replacement set of lopers, to show Amtech's commitment to the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. What a fantastic first class approach to customer service by Amtech. Many many thanks.

I bought an Amtech torch (with 10 year warranty) 5 years ago which now has a faulty switch. I contacted Amtech who responded the next day. After filling out the online warranty claim form a better torch was sent by courier the next day. Excellent hassle free customer service.

Very impressed with the response to an issue I had with some drill bits, they quickly replaced them with good ones.

This company has been outstanding in their customer support. I had this 1/2” extension ratchet which I have used for jobs on the car ranging from suspension spring changes to timing belt and it has been excellent. Recently the ratchet teeth started to slip, I contacted amtech customer support and they apologised for the issue and sent out a replacement straight away. It was delivered the following day.

Had to contact the customer service department about a bit of amtech kit I had a problem with. They replied promptly, sent me in the correct direction to be sorted. I was promptly sent a replacement. All sorted within a week. Really pleased with their service.

Radiator Keys shatter under the slightest pressure. Seems to be made of brittle plastic.

What a fabulous and friendly customer service team! Steve was great at understanding my problem with a tricky spring and solving it within 24 hours. And even went to the trouble of ringing to check the replacement had arrived safely the next day. I'd definitely recommend using their products and service. Just outstanding.
