Amtech must rate as one of the best for customer service
It wasn't just that they replaced the faulty item it was the way in which the whole process worked and the speed with which the matter was resolved. An online form to report the matter, a facility to upload a receipt. A follow-up email requesting a photo of the item for verification, all in one day. Then the following day confirmation that the item was being replaced and was being sent out straight away via a courier service for next day delivery. All this for a lamp that retailed at circa £11 when I bought it and came with a 3 year warranty. They then followed up with a telephone call to check that the lamp had been received and later an email - incredibly impressive.

10/10 for customer service
I sought advice regarding a power drill which had stopped working. Steve disassembled his own drill and sent photos to help me understand and fix the likely cause. When this did not work, he swiftly sent me a replacement.
He sets a new standard for customer service, and I am already spreading the word!

Exceptional Customer Service
When my front Amtech cycle light stopped working within it's warranty period, I was without quibble sent a brand new replacement free of charge within 48 hours. Not only that - I was also sent a new replacement for my rear Amtech light which is still working fine, "just in case you experience a problem with that one too." Thank you, Amtech. Customer service does not come better than this.

Instant replacement

Amtech succeeded where Amazon failed
Amtech have provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced and stepped in where Amazon failed to take responsibility for poor packaging and delivery.
I recently purchased a few boxes of Amtech mending brackets from Amazon. The first delivery never arrived and the replacement from Amazon was damaged with parts missing. Amazon didn't give the option for them to assist, instead directing me to Amtech customer services and it's a good thing they did. Amtech sprung straight into action, replaced the items and got them to me intact and in great time. I'm now an Amtech customer for life.

Great customer support!
I have recently purchased 2 products from Amtech through Amazon.
A Folding wheeled trolley to help my Dad wheel his groceries from his mobility scooter in the garage into the house and a combination padlock.
I made a mistake when setting the combination on the lock and was unable them to set it. I used the product support to contact them to see what I could do. Jermaine approached technical support for me who quickly confirmed that I had, as feared, made a mistake that I couldn't put right. They are replacing the lock as a goodwill gesture which is above and beyond! I shall be looking out more more Amtech products in future!! A 3 year warranty is an added bonus.

Steve from Amtech has been in touch regards a warranty claim on a bicycle foot pump which unfortunately failed. He's level of customer service has been unbelievable addressing the matter with urgency. I'm extremely impressed with his response.

Couldn’t ask for better service
Purchased an Amtech padlock for the garden shed via eBay. It subsequently developed a fault and needless to say the eBay retailer couldn't have been less interested.
Taking the matter up online with Amtech got an immediate response, a quick form and photo submitted, and a new unit sent straight out by courier.
All now secure again and very grateful to Amtech for both the 3 year warranty on the lock but more importantly delivering excellent customer service when needed. A special shout out to Steve Pooley for phoning me from his holiday to ensure I was kept up to speed.
