Great service beautiful watch for a fantastic price with super fast delivery.
I phoned AMJ watches for some information about the the beautiful Grand Seiko I purchased. They were very helpful and polite. So I ordered the watch and it was on my wrist in less than 24 hours.
It’s the second watch I’ve purchased from AMJ and I rate the them very highly indeed and I’m sure I’ll return in the future.
I will say I’m still waiting for the free gift a watch winder but I’m sure it will arrive soon. And the real star of the show is my limited edition Grand Seiko that is sitting happily on my wrist as I write, thanks to AMJ watches.

First class quality watch
I came across this site and ordered a watch, delivery was quick and watch was well presented in lovely presentation box, the watch was well made great quality, it came with additional parts and tools to replace the strap, would most defiantly purchase agin. 5 STARS excellent product.

Order meant to be delivered Tuesday…
Order meant to be delivered Tuesday 10th September, took the day off work, no delivery, Wednesday came and went and also no delivery. Not necessarily AMJs fault but no help in chasing up UPS for reasons why it has failed 2 days running. Wasted a days holiday in waiting for a delivery that failed twice. No help from the merchant in finding out why. Very poor. If you buy maybe arrange to collect as their courier is woeful and their web chat and communication is abysmal. No telephone call from either party to explain which is ridiculous; why provide your number if nobody calls when there is a problem. Sure the merchants products are fine but cannot confirm as never delivered or any apology or explanation from UPS why they wasted a days of my life waiting for a delivery

We’re very sorry to hear about the frustration caused by the courier delay.
The order was placed on Friday evening and dispatched promptly on Monday morning using the selected next-day UPS service. Unfortunately, once parcels are in transit, delivery scheduling is managed directly by the courier and occasional delays can occur.
We remained in communication throughout, offered cancellation, and confirmed that a full refund would be processed upon return of the item.
We always aim to provide both excellent products and service, and we’re sorry this delivery experience did not meet expectations.

AMJ contacted me, and, after discussions, we agreed that there were a number of misunderstandings.
The outcome was more than satisfactory for me and I’m happy now to change my review score. I’d also be happy to buy from them again and have no hesitation in recommending them as a thoughtful retail independent, committed to giving customers the best possible shopping experience.

Although we did have a bit of a missunderstanding we were able to sort it out, after quite some time of talking, Marc the manager is very polite and professional given the type of things he deals with, ive recieved good service and guidance, its like were friends now but I recommend highly shopping witg AMJ they will treat you like a high class VIP customer and their products speak for themselfs, my experience in particular was very great and hopefully i do more watch business with AMJ in the future, keep it up, you wont get scammed or miss treated just honest and genuine services, very very reputable, even tossed some jokes back and fourth haha -verified review-
