We are a 6 bedroom property and we found in Amiqa the right partner. The system is modern, they use AI, bookings are centralized in the calendar, coming from different platforms, no errors. They have an AI revenue manager model, recommending prices which you can decide if you like the price in one click which is super convenient to adjust to demand trends, you can set it on autopilot. It has amazing reports, the ones we need at least. The Booking Engine is amazing, we add other services so guests already buy them when making a reservation. It feels like they keep adding things that we need without adding complexity. It is very easy to use and the customer support is superb. It feels like they genuinely care and hear us. Highly recommended system for those looking for something that adds value and uses Artificial Intelligence.
