I have always had great experiences with AT…

I have ways had great experiences buying here at AT, they have always been fast shipping and effortless ordering. Shipping was slower than stated but still received with in a week. But all in I been happy with all my AT purchases

BrakesEverything was easy to check out

Everything was easy to check out. Don’t know about the product yet because I haven’t received it. I haven’t used. It looks like it’s gonna be very good breaks as long as they don’t create a lot of dust and when they get wet squeak, it looks like it’s gonna be a good product.

Easy to navigate the website. Straight and forward descriptions of items and reminders to double check that indeed said item is the rite fit for your make and model of Vehicle. A wide range of products to choose from. I didn't have to go to multiple websites to find the items I needed. Decent price range for good quality products.

Shipping error

This may be premature, but the primary reason for ordering this specific product was the speed at which I would get it. When I placed the order, it said it would be delivered in 2 days (ordered Monday, delivery Wednesday). The order was placed in the evening, so I wasn’t surprised when the delivery was then changed to Thursday, but now it’s showing that it won’t be here until Saturday. I would be paid more for expedited shipping had I known it would take 5 days to get here, and that’s with me being 200 miles away.

We can understand your frustration when you were expecting the item to be delivered Wednesday, but it was not delivered until Friday.

You are correct, since the order was placed after the cut-off time for our warehouse on 4/27, the item did not ship out until the following day, Tuesday 4/28. In reviewing the tracking information on FedEx website, I am not sure why the package was sent to Texas and then to Oklahoma.

We do work hard to have orders shipped to our customers in a timely manner, and we fell short of our goal, and your expectations with this order. Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 8/31/2026.

Do not order!

I honestly don’t even know where to start with how bad my experience has been. I ordered parts expecting decent service, and instead I got a box of damaged items with pieces straight up missing. That alone is frustrating—but what’s worse is the complete runaround I’ve been dealing with for the past two weeks.

Every time I reach out, I get a different answer, no clear resolution, and zero sense of urgency. It feels like nobody actually wants to take responsibility or fix the problem. I’ve wasted time, energy, and money, and I’m still sitting here without the parts I paid for.

At this point, it’s not even about the damaged shipment—it’s the terrible customer service that really stands out. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect it to be handled quickly or professionally.

Not to mention when I was “compensated” with promotional credit I ordered another item and received yet again not what I ordered. So I now have 2 pending refunds and nobody seems to care.

Would not recommend. Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else.

We reached out to our TechTeam to have them provide us with an update on their communications with K&N and having the missing components sent to you. We are hoping to have a response from them shortly. Once we have their response, we will be in contact with you.

We also see that you ordered the Soft Microfiber Dyer Towels and you received a foam soap kit in error. This was sent to you directly from the manufacturer and we are working with them on how we can resolve this issue for you.

Payton, we can understand your frustration with these situations. We would like you to give us another opportunity to provide you with the level of service we strive to provide our customers. We issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 7/31/2026.
