Reliable, and competent. I had to amend a number of years and do the current year. There was a lot of paperwork to upload, and there was some confusion here and there, but we worked through it. Marinke was very patient since I took quite some time to upload paperwork, but we made it as it came down to the wire. Overall a good experience.
