Having completed the Chem grade booster course over the past 10 weeks I would definitely say that I’ve seen a vast improvement in my grades. Andrew made his lessons interactive and enjoyable, helping me understand and remember content in a much simpler manner than just memorising content. A lot of exam techniques were taught which has definitely helped me improve my understanding towards the subject. He was always there to answer any of my questions during clinic sessions. Having been through so many tutors, I am so glad I found the best tutor just before my exams!

After completing the comprehensive , very well constructed , engaging and highly information Year 12 course with Andrew my son was eager to undertake the Year 13 course also . Having completed both courses my son has grown hugely in confidence and has really enjoyed the sessions three times a week . Andrew is thorough , fun , friendly and highly supportive . Andrew has developed excellent resources to support the students on his courses . The excellent question booklets with mark schemes and examiner’s reports are suitable for all exam boards and are very beneficial .

Andrew presents complex content in a straightforward manner and he uses his many years of teaching A Level Chemistry to support his students in addressing their misconceptions in order for them to make progress and develop their knowledge , skills and understanding .

Having completed the year 12 Revision Course with Andrew, my daughter requested if she could also do the year 13 Revision Course. This coming from a girl who had grown to dislike Chemistry was a surprise for me. She has just completed the year 13 course and she feels much more confident in her abilities.

Andrew's teaching has helped her to divide all of year 13 content in ten parts, making is much easier for her to focus on different topics. She feels so much more positive in her abilities. I have seen an amazing change in her outlook towards studying chemistry and planning revision.

Andrew has the ability to teach in such an engaging way that even the most reluctant and struggling student feels they can do it. He breaks down complex concepts and explains in a way that his students understand. This has really improved my daughter's confidence and belief in herself that she can master these concepts and aim for a high grade in A level Chemisty.

Andrew's tutoring has made A-Level Chemistry enjoyable and easier! His KCT method offers you access to formulae and tips which many textbooks miss out but are really worth remembering. Not only does Andrew cover all the A-Level theory in 10 weeks but you also have the comfort of being able to WhatsApp him with any queries and there is a Sunday clinic for 1 to 1 support. I'd highly recommend this to anyone wanting to improve their A-Level Chemistry as I've really enjoyed Andrew's sessions.

Incredible tutor, he made the lessons so fun to the point where chemistry is now my favourite subject and I went from a D to an A in just a few months with his help. If your child is struggling with chemistry Alevel the best thing to do is to join his grade booster course, it’s magic.

My daughter had been struggling at D/C grades in Chemistry A-Level, but since starting on Andrew's course has gone up to a B and hoping for an A in the final exams! The programme is very structured and communication is fantastic between Andrew, students and parents. Thank you!!

I went from a D to an A thanks to Andrew's help. He has made Chemistry a lot easier to understand by using fun, visual ways to learn key concepts. The lessons were there to rewatch and if I still didn't understand a topic Andrew would explain either through a clinic or by replying with video solutions.

After becoming really concerned about our daughter’s progress in Chemistry Alevel, we came across Andrew’s profile. He quickly conducted an assessment and identified our daughter’s weak areas and went through how this could be tackled. Andrew has been really encouraging and approachable and completely changed my daughter’s outlook to this difficult A level. We saw such progress from the A1 course that we quickly signed up for A2 as it goes so quickly. Very pleased with our daughters progress and hoping this continues.

Amazing, friendly, useful, sessions that succinctly and accurately describe and teach what is needed for the course, and extra clinics to help nail down issues are available for no extra cost.
The resources provided are easily accessible and tailored for each exam board, as well as providing recordings of each session to review if needs be.
I don't think you could find much better elsewhere for A level chemistry.

Helped me to understand topics than I ever had before. Really supportive style and excellent question booklets for my exam board to test my knowledge. Mark schemes and examiner's reports are really helpful also. Andrew presents things in a really useful and easy to understand way. 3 sessions a week were incredibly useful also. Excellent!

I would recommend this course to any parents looking to find Chemistry A Level tuition for their child. The feedback from my daughter has been excellent throughout the course and she had gained a lot of confidence with her Chemistry studies. The added confidence she has gained is also feeding into her other A level subjects, which is an added bonus! The course of very well structured, with 2 lessons per week over 12 weeks, covering all the AS studies. If any lessons are missed or if further revision is needed the lessons are all available to go over again as many times as needed, along with access to a range of past paper resources. My daughter has asked to proceed with the next 12 week course available covering year 13 studies and this shows she is keen on her studies and is enjoying the lessons, which as any parent knows is key. Andrew is an amazing tutor. He works with great enthusiasm and has rich experience. The courses are really practical, and my child Paul learns happily. There has been significant improvement in his Chemistry, which has boosted his confidence for exams. In addition, he takes good care of both students and parents, answering all questions from students and teaching patiently. Highly recommend!

My son has benefitted hugely from the AS Chemistry course with Andrew . The live , interactive , group sessions twice a week in addition to the personalised exam question clinic have been excellent . The weekly homework activities which are actual exam board questions ( specific to all exam boards ) are very helpful and motivational with the mark schemes and examiner’s reports . Andrew explains concepts in a new and interesting manner which is beneficial for recall . He answers questions in greater depth than my son’s teachers in school allowing my son to grow in confidence and to have a full understanding of his areas for development . My son is enjoying chemistry much more and feels like he is back on target to achieve his predicted grade of an A . Andrew uses a very motivational style with effective WhatsApp messages to students and parents/ carers ensuring all know what is happening and are enthused to make the very best of the sessions . An excellent programme which is highly recommended .

Andrew helped my daughter secure a place at medical school! My daughter was struggling with D/C in mock exams but needed an A for medicine. This course was absolutely amazing! Andrew broke down everything so clearly. Anytime that I thought of a question between the classes, he was more than happy to help (either in the weekend clinic or by WhatsApp). In the course, he went through all A2 topics and the mark schemes from each board for exam technique. I have previously struggled with finishing papers and figuring out what the question wants me to write down, but after this course, I was able to finish all my papers with time to check through and understand what the marker wants me to say. Andrew is super patient and non-judgemental. I highly recommend this course!
