The service for our dad's funeral and cremation was carried out at Ambervalley memorial recently
The park is set in beautiful surroundings a very peaceful location
From start to finish the staff were very helpful professional and friendly
Everyone who needed help with seating etc was helped. we were never rushed and even when at the end of the service lots of people were taking their time leaving the staff were very patient with us all
I would like to say thank you to them for making a difficult time more bearable

The place is beautiful, from entering the gates it looks like rolling hills, with wonderful water features. Benches to sit on and think of loved ones. Everything so clean and respectful. Very well organised from start to finish. So pleased I chose Amber Valley for my father funeral.

Have to say the room is lovley and bright and the grounds where beautiful. It’s a lovley place to say goodbyes to your loved ones. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble.

The whole experience was made easier by the compassion shown to us at this difficult time

A lovely place to say goodbye to a loved one, with beautifully kept gardens and grounds, There is ample car parking very near to the venue.

Fantastic service, very professional, lovely place.
The only thing I would say is we had the webcam for relatives in Australia and they couldn't see the photo slide show, which the funeral directors had pointed out may happen, due to the positioning of the camera.

We held my grandmothers funeral at your crematorium and was very pleased with how everybody conducted themselves, it was a very respectful and dignified send off. The crematorium was very clean and tidy and would recommend to anyone.

A great day for a funeral, bright and sunny and because so few could attend it was peaceful, calm and well organised. A pleasant ambience and nice place for the end of days.

Nice chapel of rest and accomodated webcast and unusual music requests.

The service was held in a beautiful respectful manner. The remembrances garden was in a tranquil setting the staff where respectful and made sure everything ran smooth

Thank you for all your help and advice at a time when I was distressed and in shock. Everything was explained and Nicki Ewers was exceptional and is a real asset to Memoria.
The ashes were delivered to me today along with personal jewellery items. I would have no hesitation in recommending and when the time comes hope that I am treated with the same care and attention.

Very pleasant grounds and chapel but felt like we were on the clock.
A bit too rushed for my liking!

We were able to have the service that my late father had wished, despite the covid restrictions. The visual displays and audio was great quality and all brought together by our celebrant Drew Baxter.
