With my poor credit history we were finding hard to get a mortgage. We had spoken to a few different brokers but with Amber Mortgage Solutions we felt most confident they would be able to help us In our quest for our dream house and with Nicole’s assistance we bought and moved into our new house in April.

Nicole was our Morgade adviser. She’s great! So helpful and really nice lady.

I have been a customer of AMS for some years now, all of which being trouble-free.

Recently I was required to change both my life insurance and critical illness cover as my circumstances had changed.

The company in general is one to be recommended, but in these days of automated responses and little or no care for customers, I must highlight the exceptional service I have received from Amber as it is second to none.

Mark Robinson was my contact and he dealt with all my queries, worries and numerous changes both before and after I`d agreed everything with him with grace, class and a genuine sense that he was looking after my needs and nothing else.

The cherry on top is when I forgot to cancel the DD of my old policy, only for him to offer, without prompting, to refund the charge (even though not AMS's fault in any way).
