Excellent service from start to finish. My windows and doors look amazing and have transformed my house. Fantastic price and experience.
The fitters were excellent; polite, helpful, explained what was being done each day, very thorough in their work throughout.

This company is like dealing with the…
This company is like dealing with the chuckle brothers - from start to finish it has been a joke and there customer service is woeful!
1) the quote that we agreed on was put up by £850 as they forgot to add something
2) they ordered the wrong roof!
3) they put on the wrong roof which then leaked in the rain and ruined my floor
4) plasterers turned up to ‘finish’ but the roof hadn’t even been replaced
5) the manager came to inspect and just grunted
6) their insurance company for the floor offered half of the value!
7) they didn’t even give a handover at the end just posted the keys through the letterbox
8) never got in touch despite the complaints
9) a 2 week job was more 5 weeks
10) new roof turned up and it was damaged…..twice!!! No one checks in their warehouse!
Avoid them, they are rubbish!

From start to finish the service I received was helpful, friendly and informative. I had 2 doors supplied and fitted and was so impressed I went back for french doors and a garage door. I cannot recommend them enough.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! From the beginning we paid them 95% upfront. We were mislead from the start, the work was not carried out when arrange.
Trying to rectify any problems we had were impossible due to their complete incompetence and lack of customer service. Throughout the whole process the directors had no desire to resolve the situation. Definitely do not recommend them.

Customer service is shocking. Managment is terrible. I have been waiting for over 20weeks to have my front door installed and still not finished. Trying to charge me more then quoted in the first place for the bar handles. Made damaged and not even getting back about all the missing part. Avoid avoid avoid this company!

Leaks and warranty non transferable
The warranty they proudly advertise on the website is non transferable. When you come to sell your house and the buyers conveyancer ask for copies the buyer will realise your conservatory has no warranty and likely try and renegotiate the purchase price. The 15k conservatory I refer to here is only 7 years old and leaks (I suspect this would cost a lot more these days)
