Extra Fees For Ad Free Service? Corporate Mistake!

Asking for additional money for ad free service? Not going to happen. I’m tired of these companies trying to squeeze more money out of you for a service we already pay too much for. I’m canceling my subscription and I hope millions of other subscribers do the same. Greed is going to put them out of business.

CAN’T WATCH ANYTHING WITHOUT ADS

I literally can’t view any movies or shows now without the freaking ADS. There are so many ads and they’re LONG. I paid for “ad-free” for a couple of months, but it’s way too expensive to justify.

I have a list of movies I’d like to watch but I refuse until they wind up on another streaming service.

BAD MOVE AMAZON. You get plenty of our money, why the heck cram a bunch of ads into movies we ALREADY PAY YOU to watch, and charge us more to remove the ads? SMH

Just saw a show for 40min. Had 5 ad breaks of 2min 30sec each. This is after a subscription. Unsubscribed. Not that their video experience is any good

Often Crashes
Won't remember where you are
Adverts...lots of adverts
Netflix, Apple, Disney and nearly all other streaming services are cheaper and offer a better, ad-free service

We already belong to Prime and we still have to watch ads and they're constantly putting ads and interrupting the movies. Might as well watch YouTube there's just as bad. What's the matter Jeff Bezos doesn't have enough money?

I see very little point in complaining…

I see very little point in complaining about the abysmal service this station gives watch many series but cut of when trying to continue owing to the fact prime has not purchased the continuation the Mcloud girls for instance , watched 2 seasons but no more seasons available, how can a company do that ,they are the only one ,and then charging to rent or buy some films so old ,
This company is a total rip off, don't waste your money.

Would give it 0 stars if I could

You're paying premium prices for a limited selection. All the decent movies you have to buy or rent separately. Worst of all are the ads. Firstly they're way too long and secondly they appear in the middle of the movie. One of the worst streaming platforms ever

Avoid due to adverts too frequent

Prime has some really good series and films but far too frequent adverts. It's extremely annoyed as they place adverts in the middle of great scene on episodes and films id not recommend to friends nor family

I got out of domestic violence…

I got out of domestic violence situation and I had to change my phone number and My email. I no longer have access to any of my purchases and they refused to credit my account so that I can re-purchase them. Zero stars. I really wish zero stars was an option.

Time To Cancel Amazon Prime Video Subscription Due To Ads

My wife and I tried watching a great thriller called Steal on Prime Video last night. It's a fast paced intense gripping story but it was actually ruined by all the ads. So many ads. There were ads before it started then they were cutting into the programme what seemed like every 5 minutes continuously and absolutely driving us mad! I have seen so many for the same things over and over again.. fairy liquid, flash cleaning products - I'm not interested! Come on Prime Video.. Get it sorted or you'll be losing thousands of customers. Proper spoiling it for us and the annoying thing also is that it's a paid service and I absolutely refuse to pay extra to remove ads.. Disgusting that that is even a thing!

I can not watch content in HD anymore

I can not watch content in HD anymore because the HDCP (Copy proterction) they use doesn't allow me to. I now have to check which part of my hardware chain is not compatible with their HDCP and buy a new one. This could be the HDMI cable, this could also be the monitor or other hardware in my PC. They also told me only after I bought a movie on the site. I'll try to avoid them for now.

Absolute rubbish!!!!!

might as well just get a tv license at this point you get less adverts to watch. absolute rubbish with you paying only to watch 5 min ads at the start middle and end of shows. canceling subscription
