By some unfortunate mistake, which happends once in ten year, I have subscribed to always4tech. I have only realized this after cca 8 weeks and 30€ charged on my card 2€ and then 4th times 7€. I received message from Eugene,
Insightful Solution, that thay decided to agree with my cancaletion of subscription and charging my money back. So I am looking for if I get all my money back or not.
Problem was solved by Eugene. Thanks to escalation team.

My concerns were taken very seriously and I got the help i needed.

I subscribed to the group without fully realizing there would be recurring charges. After entering my Visa card details, money was taken from my account—twice—without clear warning that this would be happening on a regular basis. I didn’t receive any upfront information about ongoing payments, which was disappointing. Now that I want to cancel, I’m being asked to leave a review first. I hope this feedback helps others be more aware before subscribing. Clearer communication about payment terms would be appreciated.

Problem addressed and good service provided

I received a text from my bank asking me if I had asked them to pay always4tech £38.48. I had already asked to unsubscribe as I had no idea that I had signed up to anything with them. Has to be a scam.

I requested a full cancelation and the personnel kindly acted accordingly

i received an email saying that my account would be automatically topped up with 45 euros, obviously i panicked. ive been assured that i will be sent another email soon to cancel this
