Aluxury Nebula Waterless diffuser awarded the BEST Waterless diffuser 2024. I wanted to try this Aluxury waterless diffuser as it is made in the UK 🇬🇧. It is manufactured in the UK 🇬🇧. I had already purchased another waterless diffuser from another company. I really like the Aluxury Nebula Waterless diffuser. You must charge it for 2.5-4 hours to ensure that you get the full benefit from the product. I really like the ambient feature. The ensethic look is very sleek in design and the product is crafted to the highest possible standards. I also like the feature that it runs on a single charge for 120 hrs. I really like the fact that you get a longer run time with
2.5-4 hours charge time. I have a lot of experience with the Scentsy Deluxe diffuser which uses water and I quite enjoy the variety. I personally think that the Aluxury Nebula Waterless diffuser is very compact and portable but yet it is very compact but powerful. I also like the ambient mode for winding down and falling asleep. But I make sure that the timer is on as I feel that it would not be good for diffusing essential oils whilst you are sleeping. Danielle who has been a Great help to me recently. I lost my charging cables and Danielle was so very kind and Danielle kindly sent them out to me and I was so very grateful for everything that Danielle kindly done. I also like the fact that you can use your own pure oils in the Aluxury Nebula Waterless diffuser. I like how you can purchase spare cartridges. I always like to support anything that is designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧. I personally think that the price is excellent for what you are getting. I have read a lot of reviews basically saying that it stopped working I have had mine for a few months now. I personally think that it is really down to the individual who is using the product. To read the instruction manual and to adhere to it. Sometimes I need to read the instructions 2-3 times. You can do this whilst the unit is charging. If you look after the product the product will give you many years of service. I personally think that most people condemn the product when the unit is not being used properly and not adhereing to the instruction manual. And then customer's are then asking for refunds. I personally think that this Aluxury Nebula Waterless diffuser will give you many years of service providing you look after the product. I personally think that Waterless diffusers are the future generation as we are now in the 21st century. I like how compact the unit is and the Seller's Customer Service Care is over and above my expectations. The fragrance oil scent throw is really exceptionally impressive. Much safer than using candles and also safer than burning oil under a tealight. I personally think that at Aluxury they have thought about everything and they have made the Aluxury Nebula Waterless diffuser to perfection! One thing I will emphasise that you DON'T use a carrier oil in this product! And I am also going to emphasise that you must use a very high quality of pure essential oils! And NEVER use any water in the unit. To clean the product I just use a soft microfiber cloth.
I hope that my review helps you to decide on what is the best Waterless diffuser for you. I would highly recommend to read positive reviews rather than negative reviews. I would highly recommend watching YouTube videos on how a Waterless diffuser operates. I would highly suggest reading up on the different products. Whatever You decide I hope that it's the right choice for you.

Do not buy from this company, my diffuser didn’t work from the first day I got it , I contacted Aluxury even sent a Video as asked of it not working , and went through all their recommendations to fix but still not working ,and still no refund !that I asked for a from the start which I am entitled to but they are avoiding at all costs , just told to send it back for them
to look at !!!I’ve now contacted trading standards , never have I ever a dealt with a such a terrible company , I worked hard for my £50 to buy this and will not be letting this go , all I wanted was a refund for my faulty not fit for purpose diffuser, and I see other customers have had the same problem .

So the reply is factually incorrect. The replaced unit is still in my possession, so they haven’t even seen it to assess what’s wrong with it. Their email with tips to get the machine working again has just made the situation worse!

I have never been provided with a technician report let alone photographic evidence of a damaged motor.

Discount…what discount. Delusional is what comes to mind if you think that I would buy again after the way you have just tried to fix this situation.

Again, give this organisation a wide berth. The unsavoury reviews on Trust Pilot are there for a reason.

After a couple of months machine stopped working. Returned and new unit despatched despite the fact they said they would repair my existing unit. Clearly not repairable or the items are so cheap easier to dispose and replace with a new one. Only had back for a few weeks to stop working again. Followed their guide to try and solve the problem and now the unit won’t stay on at all! Asked for refund as I don’t believe these units are fit for purpose, they have declined. So as per The Consumer Rights Act 2015 they either fix or replace. Somehow I can see this being a vicious cycle of repair or replace over the coming months as I don’t believe that any unit despatched is going to stand the test of time.
Watch this space, but I personally wouldn’t buy from them again!

Bought a second diffuser in the Black Friday sales for use elsewhere in the house. Again the purchasing experience is just as slick and I’m loving the ambient mode on the newer model! The value of these little machines is phenomenal and I’m looking forward to trying the new range of oils

Bought the Hydros diffuser along with the vanilla essential oil. Delighted with both - the diffuser looks gorgeous and when the light is on it is a real feature. The essential oil is divine! Easy to use and clean. Shipment was fast and both items were well packaged. I will definitely be using Aluxury again!

I've sent numerous emails to say the waterless nebula wasn't working properly, the smoke was no longer coming through, but had to keep asking for updates after following their instructions and used the cleaners stuff. My last email sent was last week to say it still isn't working properly, and I haven't received a reply, but they're quick to send me an email about their Christmas oil. And as another customer mentioned, it does leak.

It is a total waste of money, and wished I never bought this in the first place. Lesson learnt. Poor customer service when you have an issue with their item.

Firstly I would like to say this is the 1st bad review I have ever posted but my experience with this company has been very negative.
I received the Nebula Electronic Waterless Oil Diffuser on 20th October 2024. I charged it according to their instructions.
I sent an email to them two days after I received it and charging it, as it wasn’t holding its charge. Several emails were sent between us, each one from them stating that the diffuser will go on and off as it’s designed too. Completely not understanding my emails and what I was trying to explain. ..I asked for a refund as I believe there was something wrong with the unit but was refused. They said that it was in their terms and conditions that refunds couldn’t be given on diffusers. I totally understand this but I tried to explain that this was faulty. The customer service is terrible I would never ever recommend this company and I have thrown the £44.99 diffuser in the bin as that’s all it’s good for. After I had thrown it in the bin they sent an email saying that if I sent it back they would do a test on it. I’m so disgusted with their customer service.

Fantastic scents and so many too choose from. My purchase gave a 3rd oil free - what a bonus. Fast delivery. Nothing not to like about Aluxury. 10/10 from me.

I stumbled on A Luxury while looking for an aroma system to replace one of my old ones around November 2023, I now have 7 A Luxury products, 3 water ones and 4 air ones, plus I have purchased another 2 as gifts for family, and I have not been disappointed with any of them, the products are excellent as are all their oils, and competitively priced as well, plus on the one occasion I did have an issue with one of the products not working properly their customer service was amazing, they talked me through the process with patience, as I'm not technically minded and waited until the unit was working as it should and I was happy, I can honestly says that's unusual customer service these days, so in essence, and with hand on heart I can honestly say that I have recommended A Luxury products to all my friends, family and colleagues, and would happily recommend them to anyone who is looking for an aroma products, you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince!.

I bought the nebuliser diffuser in white. It looks elegant and feels like a quality diffuser. It's so easy to change the fragrance that you want and there are 6 different settings and timing options for how long you would like it to stay on for. The best bit about it is that you can attach a fragrance or essential oil bottle without having to dilute it, although you can if you wish. The scent throw is really good. So glad I ordered it. Would make a lovely present for someone. Ordering process and delivery was good too.

These diffusers are lovely.
looked in a few places for rechargable diffusers as a present and of all the ones I saw these are the ones that stood out so I took the risk and bought 2 and some oils .
Delivery was brilliant and the diffusers are excellent in look and function.
As a present they were greatly appreciated and have been used every day since .

Started to leak after 2 weeks and stripped the lacquer off the table, contacted firm and they said other people had complained over faulty seal, use the replacement in the pack and should be ok
Replaced seal as instructed and 1 week later it’s leaking again and seal is warped, contacted company for refund or replacement unit and they again are blaming seal which is not my problem
£50 unit not fir for purpose and not willing to fix

I recently received my new Nebula waterless diffuser from Aluxury. Love the new ambient mode and love that its quieter than other diffusers I’ve had in the past. my new favourite scent is Dark Solace

Highly recommend, packaging was beautiful presented. Loving the wax melts and nostalgia candle. I can also recommend the pyrus essential oil for the nebula - amazing.

Terrible diffusers, that break easily. Customer service terrible. Very expensive for the quality of the machines. I've had 5 of the diffusers and each one has stopped working. I've cleaned them as suggested but they still didn't work. I informed aluxury to which they said i had to buy new cartridges for them when id already spent over £200 on them. I have purchased 2 off amazon that are a lot cheaper and are still working. Avoid this company

Good quality oils and value for money. Will definitely be purchasing from Aluxury again.

I should add that there was a mix up in the warehouse and I got sent the wrong essential oil at first, after getting in touch I received a response very swiftly and the right product was dispatched immediately.
