Poor after care
I would not use Alpha Windows again if you paid me. They installed my upstairs windows a few years back and did an excellent job so I decided to use them again. This was a huge mistake! The first door turned up damaged so had to be returned. The fitting was appalling so we had someone out to check the work who agreed it was sub standard. Several weeks later second door arrived with no glass. Waited a few more weeks and the door turned up all ok! Now 11 months on the lock will not work - called Alpha Windows on Saturday who refused to take my details over the phone so I had to log it on line. I was advised I cannot get a lock smith in as my guarantee will be invalid so I have to use one of their own guys. Ok I thought - I will wait. Just called to see what is happening as it is Wednesday and I am told someone will be in contact in due course. Excellent so a door that is not secure and no date for anyone to come out and the advisor believed in her infinite wisdom this was acceptable. To say I am cross is a total understatement!
