I Had no Insurance although I had payed…
I Had no Insurance because although I had payed the premium subsequent questions asked by e-mail meant that I needed to pay an additional premium. Alpha left this so late I was in danger of missing my flight. Although I agreed to do this Alpha were incapable of taking the additional sum (Only £2 over the phone) and informed me after I was on my trip that I had no Medical insurance.

It was very easy to complete the application form online. The price was good.
Of course, the proof of the pudding etc. We only know how good a company is if there is a claim on foot of the policy. I hope I never need to find out...

The website was hard to negotiate. I had a 20% discount to use but could not get to a point wheed I could use it so gave up.
