Tara Stewart and competent team made the loan experience go very smoothly. Combination of initial face to face meeting and e-signing of documents streamlined the process allowing for a quick close. All questions promptly answered. I would recommend Alpha to anyone shopping for a mortgage.

Leigh Morton was there with us every step of the way! She was available at a moment's notice and went out of her way to provide us with payment estimates. She is so knowledgeable and was very approachable, even calling to check in periodically to make sure we didn't have questions or concerns. We learned so much about a very daunting process and it was such a pleasure working with her!

The documents didn't seem to have been reviewed till late in the game which caused a lot of last minute scrambling and faxing.
