It was a nice simple process working with Kurt and his team thanks for your help with getting the house

This was my first time purchasing a home. The personnel who handled my loan information had a security breach. A unknown person had emailed me to wire money for closing. Unfortunately it was un successful. That concerned me and my house hold now that this hacker knows my physical address, email address, and whatever was sent to the loan processing team. I also was not notified once they knew they had a breach. I hope the company will have better safeguards in place to protect the consumer information. In addition, some information that needs to be collected for loan approval was discussed later to the closing date which had time constraints. I hope the communication process will improve as well.

Dell and Kayla provided excellent communication and went above and beyond what we expected. They were always available and always pleasant to work with. Great experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Alpha Mortgage. Jeff Gilley has been my loan officer for two homes now, and everything has been smooth and easy. He made it very easy for me to get everything together for closing and also was super fast and responsive when we were negotiating the purchase contract. The closing team was excellent too and even accommodated me being out of the country for the two weeks leading up to our closing date. All in all - excellent!

Kathryn, Beth and, Lori are awesome. Thanks to their hard work (and patience), my mortgage loan closed in under a month.

Throughout the entire process they were all patient and professional. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly responded to and explained.

Kathryn took care of a last minute issue in a matter of hours, and Lori even called me to let me know the loan had been finalized because she knew we were driving down and that I wouldn’t see the email for some time.
