I understand they had a bad storm recently but if a company is properly prepared these orders had 10 days to ship before this even happened. Lack of preparation for big launches and events are just what's making people really upset. No communication whatsoever on what's going on. I told myself after a Black Friday in 2019 that I would never buy again and here I am... I've never experienced this with any other company

I returned my order 3 weeks ago for refund I still don't have any news

Bad website and scammers. They charge my twice and dont want to refund me. No i am in paypal dispute. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER !!

My girlfriend ordered me some clothes from Alphalete for my birthday and I loved them so I decided to buy some more. I have now been waiting three weeks to hear from the company with no tracking information (despite their 3-4 business day processing). Not only that, but their customer service doesn’t get back to you. To be honest, the products are way overpriced, might as well buy lulu lemon for the same or less price. Additionally, on top of the inconvenience I would not recommend this company to anyone. However, if you do want to wait an indefinite undisclosed amount of time, with no communication from the company, to get some gym wear their clothes are nice quality.

not only am i still waiting on a refund one my first order that i placed. I also have a second order that i placed over 2 weeks ago that still hasn't been shipped out. Costumer service is very slow and they of coarse don't have a number you can call to get in touch with them. Wont be ordering again from them.

Delivery was rly fast and tracked - maybe they've changed who they're delivering with?? Who knows but its shame to hear so many people have had problems hopefully that gets fixed soon. Quality is great, rly thick leggings and nice amount of compression and shaping to them. I'm from the UK and was worried about Brexit charges/customs fees but nothing has come through so I guess I'm clear. Overall no problems for me - I was worried after I read all the poor reviews but I am genuinely impressed with the company, delivery and the quality of the products.

If you are going to buy during one of their sale, dont. Unless you know your exact size for them. You can't return or exchange if the size you ordered doesnt fit. So you have to wait to pay full price if you want to try some. Awful customer service.

I’m surprised to read all the bad reviews in here when I know so many people that love Alphalete. They have really high quality workout gear and I love their leggings specially the amplify and revival. Their joggers I love as well. Shipping takes longer because of COVID but also because when they are getting so many order on days when they have a sale, it’s going to take longer to fulfill everyone’s order and it also goes by business days. When I contacted customer service they got back to me in one day and changed a size on my order because I ordered the wrong size. Anyways, idk I love alphalete and would recommend to others. I have only bought from them in their sale days.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy any product from here. Shipping took forever and when I sent back to return because I couldn’t even put them on they denied the return and said they were going to send them back after taking over a month from receiving them to tell me that. Horrible customer service and clothes don’t fit well at all.

Wouldn’t even give them a star. Do not order. Ordered l surface Power legging - Hazelwood and they are totally see through and cannot be worn in public. They would not do anything abt it, said they do not guarantee they r squat proof..I have return over a month ago now at my own expense, additional $20, as I’m from Canada and have not received a refund, notification or anything and likely won’t as they have no tracking system. Customer Service is the worst I have dealt with as it is pretty much non existence...only email service.

If you’re going to buy something from them, expect at least 6 months for product to arrive! Still waiting for my order! Considering their product are overpriced, definitely not worth it. Never in my life had to wait for a package to arrive this long. I expect better from this company. I don’t think they even care about their customers.

Don’t bother ordering from this company. They are a complete joke. I ordered on Black Friday and it took nearly 2 months to arrive. Customer service was almost non existent and to top it off, they make you pay to return items.

Do yourself a favour and just stick with gymshark

I have literally been waiting for an order that i placed November 27th with no indication of when it will be delivered.. I have ordered their OG revival leggings and they got a rip down the side after just over a month that they would do nothing about. Both of the halo leggings I ordered ripped in the crotch that of course was just over the 30 day warranty... I like some of their tops but be VERY CAREFUL about their leggings and their customer service is trash..

I’ve been excited to buy from this company for years and I’ve honestly never been so disappointed. It took two months for my items to get here. The company tried to blame UPS for my package taking so long. However, it was alphalete who never gave the package to the courier.

I’ve been in contact with customer service multiple times and they were NO help. I was told three weeks ago that they would send me a refund for “half my shipping costs” which I am still waiting for (no surprise.)

Finally, the clothing which I eventually received is mediocre at best. The sizes are completely off, the leggings are see through and the colours are completely different to the website. I will never shop from this company nor recommend it for their outrageous pricing, terrible customer service and false advertising. Better quality, pricing and customer service from many other companies out there, don’t waste your time on this shambles of a company.

I am so so disappointed in this company. I placed my order on Nov 27th, on Dec 11th it was shipped. I still have not received my package... I contact customer service 2 weeks ago and they've answered twice, both times have been absolutely no help.
7-10 days delay makes sense, 2 months is absolutely unacceptable - I will never ever purchase from here again and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this terrible customer service.

Ordering from Canada, and my oh my did my did I make the mistake. Absolutely garbage shipping team. Placed my order on December 27th 2020. Waited until finally January 9th and emailed them because I never got a tracking number.. the next day got an email for a tracking number and customer service is mediocre. Today being January 14th and my package is MIA.
Stick to ordering Jed north or gymshark.

I ordered on November and had the experience as everyone else but they just keep lying and refusing to refund. They don’t respond to customer service anymore. No update, no package received. They say it was shipped but they don’t ship anything claiming it was lost, FOR ALMOST EVERYONE. People just don’t waste your money and time. You’re not gonna get anything. I lost 200 USD.

I ordered on November 27th and still haven’t received my parcel, talked to a customer service representative and this seemed totally normal to them for customers to have not received their packages 2 months after purchasing. I will never order from this company ever again. Completely unprofessional to have a 7-10 shipping eta on their website for all orders when they can’t uphold it.

I would never purchase from them again tbh.. with the headache of waiting for parcels to arrive, getting lost and the quality just sucks. Don’t waste your funds on a company that doesn’t value nor care about their customers.

Current update:14/01/21

My package had arrived even tho the tracker on ups said it’s in international carrier in Canada. No duty was paid I think due to the current pandemic. I upsized from a xs to a s and I’m so glad I did cause even with the newer stretcher leggings I still found they were too compressive. Love the colors though just wished their shipping didn’t take that long and that they would stop losing customers packages. Will see how they hold up in the wash and training etc.

Very strange seeing how many people have also had their parcels delayed or lost since Black Friday. Mine was lost. They said they were willing to send a replacement. I’m still waiting for it to see if these new leggings are worth the hype.

Oder more than one month ago and still didn't receive my oder, I contacted them via website, via email and via social media but didn't receive any, they steal my money almost £100 I use black Friday, they real scams, no costumer support at all, they also scam my friend
