Bad customer service purchased clothes as a gift 2 months ago, never received anything and they aren’t able to do anything more than a 2$ refund?

I bought the Alphalete biker shorts in the dark blue color and my shipment took over 2, nearly 3 weeks to arrive - not that bad if u ask me.
So far I am in love with the shorts. Softest material, true to size and SO flattering and even squat proof. I can only suggest them but let it be said that I haven't yet worked out in them.

Ordered at November 25th (EU store), got a mail at November 27th saying that the order was shipped and got a tracking number.

December 12th nothing had still happened with the order, the courier never got the package. Contacted customer service - and they said that my address was wrong (it wasn’t) so the courier couldn’t deliever. Got a new email saying the ware house got the package back and would send it out again. Then got another mail saying that the courier lost the package from the start.
.. but the tracking number says the courier never even got the package from the ware house. Feels like a lot of lies going on here.

At December 23rd I got a new tracking number and customer service says the package will be shipped again... we’ll see if it ever arrives.

placed an order on black friday, it’s been a full month and when i go to track the package, it’s moved less than 200 km....... doubt i’ll shop here again unless i move to america. invest in your logistics Christian Guzman, you make millions and can afford it.

Update: jan 9 now, still haven’t got it 😂

they must’ve seen this or something, i just got it, jan 11th. didn’t have to pay duties or anything coming over the Canadian border

Terrible quality, super slow extended shipping. I understand if an order gets delayed a week or so because of the situation, but I ordered it over a month ago before the holiday shopping and just barley got it today. It's advertised as a lightweight shirt, but mine is poor quality heavy cotton blend. It is very very long, even though it's supposed to be standard length. And it arrived with dust on the chest even though it came in a zip bag. It's also very small, and it's going to shrink because it's heavy cotton. Don't buy

They do not clearly mark final sale on specific items but rather bury it in their return policy. Any item on sale for 30% or more is considered final sale. Their clothing is way over priced for what it is and the sneak factor of not posting clearly front and center final sale on final sale items did it for me. Even fast fashion does that. I will NEVER spend another penny on anything they sell. Low class operation.
Edit 12/30/20 Someone reached out to me and I was able to return the items. I still haven't received my refund yet as the items are still on their way back. They did work with me and for that I am grateful..I will update again once I receive my refund.

Bought 2 amplify shorts and pants for my girlfriend. All ripping and de threading. Terrible quality for the price. Chris Guzman lowering quality and increasing prices. Increasing his profit to buy himself more cars. Do not buy these clothes.

Also terrible customer service, do not listen to the YouTube shills. These clothes are not meant to be worked out in.

UPDATE: Shortly after I left this review i was contacted via email and given an update.
Good news is items arrived on time and my son likes them.

Placed an order on 11/28. It is now 12/13 and nothing has been received, still shows processing. My son wanted items from here for Christmas - not sure its going to happen. And cannot reach anyone to discuss.

I have bought multiple pieces of clothing from Alphalete in the past and have been happy with most of them (early on items were of lower quality). I recently bought new shirts that were the exact same size/fit as previous shirts I bought, but these new ones were way bigger (+3 inches in circumference around the chest). I followed their sizing guides exactly too, but these shirts were way too big for me. I tried to exchange them but they were a sale item so Alphalete does not allow returns/exchanges. I offered to pay-up to the full price so I could then exchange them, but they said no. I refuse to buy more clothing from this brand, as they are too inconsistent with sizes and their return policy makes this a very frustrating process.

Bought three pairs of leggings, 2 OG revival and the amplify leggings. (Grey,purple,black)
Honestly these leggings fit like a glove but they are SO SEE THROUGH...
these are not good leggings for the gym as they are not squat proof or worth the money.
They are lovely for casual day wear but again very expensive..
I won’t be purchasing again...

After reading reviews I was sceptical when ordering for the first time, but I had such a great experience. My items arrived quickly and fit perfectly! Very good quality pieces and definitely worth the money. I will be buying another pair of amplify leggings for sure!

Really overpriced and they keep increasing prices. Also advertising they sales of up to 75% when they have literally 1 item 75% off which is out of stock and rest are 20-30%

Honestly, I was scared from the reviews here. I ordered a pair of shorts during Black Friday and they were delivered to me in less than a week. I liked the double packaging to prevent the item from being damaged from shipping. Their regular priced items are pricey but they're alright during black friday.

I am not sure why this brand gets such a bad wrap. The items are exactly as advertised they have a large following on Instagram (with lots of images of the products to see exactly what your ordering). The clothing is good quality and the prices are in line with or cheaper then buffbunny, Gymshark, lulu, DYE etc. Especially after duties! They constantly come out with new products and the launches actually have enough stock so they do not sell out before everyone gets a chance to buy them! Some of the clothes are very compressive like the revivals but the ultra soft fabric is insanely stretchy so sizing depends on the item however most things are true to size. I have yet to have any issues with my orders but the one time I got nervous the customer service reached out right away!! It’s too bad other people have not had the same experience but I have ordered 4 or 5 times in the past 6 months. I did read the negative reviews before purchasing so I wanted to give some positive feedback For those who might be thrown off!

After reading the reviews I was a bit worried about ordering on alphalete.com, especially about the customer service. Indeed my package took a bit longer than expected to arrive (2-3 weeks) but products are good and when I tryed to reach the customer service they answered my question within a few hours. So I’m overall pretty happy

Expensive af !! But anyway i said i would buy some for my wife spend 140£ paid 7£ for next day delivery,now it's the 4th day i still haven't got the product

I recently bought the new revival Leggings, I am so disappointed!! They are both see-through. Blue and pink. I had the old one before they where way better. Also the stichting is not good. So Expensive and this is what you get !! 😡 last time i buy something for sure !

I have three pairs of the alphalete revivals and they’ve all ripped in the crotch area after a few wears 🤪 I really wish they were better quality because I really do love the fit and design but getting holes in the crotch is a big negative. Would not buy again unless they rectify that issue because they are too expensive for the quality and longevity

I received a pair of pants, months after ordering. Then after one wear the stitching came undone. I asked if I can return them and get a refund and their answer was:”nope, sorry. It’s out of the 30 days”. The pants are also so long they could fit a 7 foot tall person. Shame on you! Will never buy again.

i purchased their seamless shorts, and on my first wear they ripped on the leg. I reported this to their customer service and they insisted I send them back the item to get any kind of refund, despite me explaining to them that this would be impossible due to the lockdown and restrictions put in place for the corona virus. After months of back and forth, all I have gotten is a gift card for 50% of the amount of what I paid for the shorts which is absolutely ridiculous, and I feel like I have been robbed. Terrible customer service honestly and I will not be returning
