Hairs visually worse, asked for their guaranteed refund but they counter offered 70% return no questions asked vs initial promised complete refund , where ive found you have to jump through a heap of loop holes that is NOT guaranteed. Potential bot review system/scam, may look into a more credible company like pilot, with a higher care factor for clients with; kits tailored to you.
After some research on reddit, man complain they are a scam company with fake accounts/bots leaving reviews to make them look credible.. dissapointing
