Excellent customer service.
I've not started to use the product yet but i had an issue with delivery. The courier had left it so well hidden I thought it had been stolen.
I made contact with the company via email and received an immediate response. I was then kept fully informed throughout the investigation process and finally the courier photo enabled ne to locate the missing item.
Really excellent level of customer service from Victoria so I can now put the product to the test!

The customer service is excellent and the package is arrived with no delays.
I have been using the product for about more than 2 months and I can say that it is working for now. I started using it once per week where I saw my scalp cleaner and my hairs becoming thicker than before. It was starting working but with slow results. In the second month until now, I'm using it once every 5 days (because I want to see results in the next few months) and I started seeing new hairs growing with my hairs thicker than before. I think consistency and patience are the right words to have.
