They provided an excellent service
They provided an excellent service! The driver was punctual, friendly, and professional. The car was clean and comfortable, and they even provided a baby car seat as requested. We appreciated the excellent communication and flexibility. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Alpha Cars 247! Our driver, Ali, was extremely kind and considerate towards my daughter who was not feeling well. He drove smoothly and got us to the airport on time. Overall, an excellent service that I would highly recommend. Thank you, Alpha Cars 247!

They didn't show up in time. I had to go to the airport and the time passed without any message and without any taxi showing in my driveway.
Then I called them and after a long waiting I left a message on their answering machine, and started calling friends and family to get a lift to the airport.
My son in law said he would drive me to the airport.
Finally we got in contact with Alpha cars 247 and a very CONFRONTATIONAL guy asked me if I wanted to FIGHT, pretending that the taxi was in front of my house, which it wasn't. He said that the MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDABLE. Full stop. In his opinion it was my fault because I didn't pick up their call (6 minutes after the booked time). Of course I couldn't, I was calling friends and family to get a lift.
Finally their taxi arrived and we left 16 minutes after the booked time (it's on my ring). No apologies. Nothing.
They are definitively NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED.
